“Good pricing, excellent build quality and a machine built just to my specs. What more could you want? You can pay extra for a faster build time if you want but the standard service in terms of time from order to delivery was OK for me.Very Happy.”

“PC Specialist built my new PC for a reasonable price when you factor in the cost of components and faff associated with building a new PC. I did however buy and add a graphics card separately due to cost. I did feel the build time could have been a bit faster. There was also a slight problem with the case whereby the flymesh was touching the case fan but this was resolved very quickly and satisfactory with a new mesh delivered rapidly.”

“When it comes to laptops, I don’t think PC Specialist always offers the best price-to-performance (which isn’t too surprising since they’re custom builds), but their warranty and repair service is the best I have used. I’ve bought a few laptops from them for family over the years, and any time there’s been an issue, their warranty service has been easy to use - DPD collection, quick turnaround, no hassle. Even when the parts warranty ran out, the repair costs were fair and not the usual massively inflated prices I have come to expect from alternatives.”

“My previous pc that I bought 8 years ago had finally come to an end, nothing I was doing on it was working and everything had really slowed down. I decided that it was time to buy a new one, Pc Specialist made it easy, I could have purchased the parts separately and built it myself as I have done before, but having recently had a new born arrive, I decided to leave it to the professionals, I checked the cost of the more expensive pieces online and to be honest I felt PCS gave a fair mark up, I am extremely happy with the product, its so smooth, looks amazing, and allows me in my limited free time to do exactly what I want. Thank you PC Specialist, I'm sure in another 8 years ill be reaching out again, for you to work your magic.”

“Yet again very happy with my purchase from PC Specialist. This is the third computer I have ordered from them with no problem at any stage. The only reason for buying the recent purchase was that my old PC was still going strong after what must be at least 10 years, but was running Windows 10 that will soon stop being supported. Having previously worked with PCs both at work and home have now moved to a Initia Nova 16 laptop. Once again no problem with the ordering / delivery process and everything has worked from the off. Only slight disappointment is that the identifiers on the keys can become indistinct if the light is in the wrong direction and there appears to be no way of knowing whether Caps Lock and Num Lock are on. But this is probably due to my inexperience with laptops and so not asking the right questions prior to purchase. But all in all, very happy.”

“2nd time purchasing from PC specialist and it definitely will not be my last! Professional, helpful and they don't just wanna make you spend all your money, they actually try too help you save by including information such as better components which will work better. Very fast and my computer looks absolutely gorgeous and it runs amazingly!! They have plenty of options too choose from wether you want too have a top spec gaming PC too push the limits and explore those fantasy mmorogs with or you could choose a computer made for the combat specialist or shooter games; aswell as a average office computer. Affordable, reliable and reputable company I highly recommend”

“I recently purchased a custom-built desktop gaming computer from PCSpecialist, and I was more than happy with the entire process and outcome. The ordering process was incredibly easy with all the configuration options you could want, but it was easy to use and understand/follow. I myself have a background in building PCs in the past, so my knowledge of what goes with what is probably better than your average joe, but due to time constraints it was easier for me to have someone source parts/build it for me. The PCSpecialist portal (as well as emails) kept you well informed and up-to-date with where in the process of production it was. You event got a 3D picture of the finished build so you could see what it'd look like. The final build quality is great and very proffesional, perhaps even better than I could have done in certain areas! E.g. the cable management was exceptional and they went above and beyond in other areas, like fan placements, which makes you realise somewhat actually thought about it as if it was thir own PC as they were building it. The boxing and packaging was also amazing, making sure that it stayed safe in transit! All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“I recently purchased a custom-built gaming PC from PCSpecialist, and I couldn't be happier. The ordering process was straightforward, and there are loads of different configuration options. I relied on expertise within their forum which were very helpful in correctly configuring this PC for my needs. The build quality is exceptional, and the PC performs exactly as advertised. Real tidy cable management, and the system is very stable and quiet. The production was well updated showing which stage the build was in and the delivery process was quick, on time and easy to track. The system was also well packed with plenty of padding. Highly recommended”

“Great value, fast delivery. Thought I had a scratch on one of the glass panels and emailed support. They came back straight away and were very helpful. Turned out to be a scratch in the plastic protection sheet that I should've removed so all good. Would recommend.”

“Ordered a gaming laptop as part of a black Friday deal. Laptop was unable to run games without crashing and restarting. Sent laptop for repairs only for this issue to occur again. Laptop was sent for 2nd repair and was okay for a few months. Same error has occurred again. PC specialist has not offered to replace the laptop my options were either get it repaired (probably for it to break in 3 months) or get a refund that will more than likely not be a full refund. Do not buy from this company.”

“Great selection of options to start a configuration with a simple to follow list of options to suits my needs. In comparison to PC retailers, I was able to get a spec that suited me at much better value for money. I was able to follow the ordering, payment, build test and delivery of my PC. PC Specialist kept me updated with regular communication. The after sales to date has been great.”

“I recently bought the PC Specialist Recoil 18, and overall, I'm very pleased with it. It’s fast and efficient for everything I use it for, with excellent general performance and a solid, quality build. The screen is crisp and bright, though I did find the minimum brightness a bit too high for my liking — especially as someone who’s light-sensitive. I use a dimming overlay app to reduce brightness further, which works well. Still, it’s something worth noting for anyone with similar sensitivity. One of the standout features for me is the Windows Hello face recognition. The built-in camera is surprisingly good and recognises my face much more reliably and quickly than any previous laptop I’ve had. I do wish it had a fingerprint sensor as well, just for the extra flexibility, but the face recognition has been more than adequate on its own. The system stays cool and quiet during regular use, which I appreciate, and although I usually keep it plugged in, the battery hasn’t been an issue so far. The trackpad is large and responsive, though I’ve noticed a slight delay after typing before it becomes usable again — not a dealbreaker, but something that could be improved. I did run into a minor issue where the screen would occasionally flicker black for a few seconds. This was resolved by updating the Intel graphics driver, so if anyone else experiences this, I’d recommend checking for driver updates. Delivery did take a little longer than it did a few years ago when I last ordered, but it wasn't unreasonable. Just something to be aware of if you're used to quicker turnaround times. All in all, it’s a very capable and well-built machine. I'm really happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.”
