“PC Specialist From the start was fantastic , very easy to pick the PC I wanted , not overpriced either…wait time was reasonable and was given step by step updates along the way from who built/tested and even packaged my new PC …would definitely recommend using them as will I in the future 👍”

“Top class experience from ordering to delivery. Ordering process was straightforward, kept informed all the way through the build, including photos of the pc at various stages of build. Once PC was dispatched, PC specialists and DPD updated its progress regularly right down to the 1 hour delivery window. Excellent service, would highly recommend 👌”

“From day one, the PCSpecialist team has been outstanding. Their support, guidance, and professionalism have made the entire process of building and upgrading my dream PC a genuinely enjoyable experience. Despite my system only being a couple of months old, I decided to upgrade it further, and the technical support team couldn't have been more helpful. They were patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable—answering all my questions thoroughly and ensuring I had clear instructions every step of the way. A special mention goes to Chris (unfortunately I didn’t catch his surname), who assisted me during the installation of my new graphics card. He was incredibly prompt, stayed on the line throughout the process, and provided valuable advice on maintaining my system in top condition for years to come. His support was above and beyond. I've spoken to several members of their support team over time, and each interaction has been consistently excellent. “They reviewed my requirement and checked it carefully, suggesting sensible changes to make it all work. Regular communications kept me informed of the progress and the despatch and delivery were absolutely first class. When I had a question, it was answered quickly and clearly. This is the fourth time I have ordered from PCSpecialist and I have been fully satisified every time.”

“I have been a customer for many years. I am very happy with the performance of the system I specified. The PC was obviously handled roughly by the courier, as it arrived tipped over inside its box, with the padding torn and loose. It looked like the box was too big. Fortunately the system doesn't seem to have suffered any ill effects.”

“Bought my PC about a month ago and I'm very happy with the work pcspecialist did. While building and testing it, pcspecialist provided information about progress on each stage. Packaging was great, keeping my PC safe. Delivery was not on time because the driver decided to skip my parcel, but that goes on a DPD review.”

“Computer was built in under two weeks, and arrived very securely packaged and it's working great! I had a small issue getting the GPU working (I supplied and installed my own GPU), but their customer service was happy to provide technical support over the phone and step me through getting it working. Very happy with my purchase, highly recommended.”

“There wide range of options when building my PC was great, gave me everything i wanted to create the best PC for me! PC specialist are also great at communicating each step of the building process. I'm very happy with the build quality of speed of which my computer was built and delivered. I would definitely reccomend them to others and will be using them again.”
