“My dog had some how managed to damage part of his harness and I wasn't totally sure what size (20 or 40) it was. It must be a few years since I bought the harness and I couldn't find any of the details in my own poor filing system! It was out of office hours (Sat) so I took a risk ordered the replacement piece (how good is it that you can order pieces and not have to get the whole thing again!) and I popped a message across to say my concern (that I might have got the wrong one). Monday morning I get a call (yes a phone call) confirming that I had chosen the right size (they had checked against my previous order) and that it was on its way to me. Now that is what I call top class customer service. The incredibly friendly and helpful chap on the phone confirmed that had I got the wrong size they would have swapped it out for me too! thank you so much PerfectFit - not only are your harnesses fantastic the customer care is the best as well.”

“I got our first one for our Labrador 3 years ago, constantly washing it but it’s like new, just ordered another for our other Labrador now she is fully grown, these are the best quality worth every penny. 100% recommend”

“The team are very responsive and helpful, product is well made and easy to adjust. Works a treat on our dog. I do find the website a little confusing re which size/combination to get, but sending dog measurements, and dog photo, to the team really helped.”

“Absolutely perfect harness for my dachshund who is 5 weeks post operation from ivdd, fits exactly as stated and appears to be comfortable for her, customer service is first class, Royal Mail appeared to miss place the first one which was replaced and arrived within 24hrs from telephone conversation. Cannot fault the product of company”

“Great service - was recommended by a dog trainer. Took a couple of emails to find the right size but the responses were quick and really helpful. Product seems an improvement from the one we had - mainly because our puppy doesn't like harnesses going over her head - which this one fixes that issue. So far so good :)”

“I ordered a harness for my rescue dog from perfect fit after asking for advice on the sizing. They were very quick to respond to my emails, and extremely helpful when it didn’t fit correctly. They sent several different sized pieces to try until I was satisfied with the fit on my awkwardly shaped dog! The quality is great, and my dog seems to feel very comfortable in it. I’m very happy with the service and the harness, would definitely purchase from them again, and recommend to other dog owners.”

“My little Romanian boy didn't like his harness, he didn't like it going over his head just like the dog catchers noose! But the purfect fit can be unclipped to go around the neck. He does pull on the lead, and I was worried about the last harness, it used to choke him just like a collar. A friend bought a Perfectfit harness and she let me try hers. He doesn't pull so much and definitely doesn't get choked by it. Also he doesn't mind it going on now, so Happy I got one. Only trouble is.. He is a harness chewer... So it doesn't go on till we are by the gate and ready to go😉”

“I contacted perfect fit when parts of the harness I had purchased for my new pup began to brake. I had had a harness for my previous boy from them and that one is still in perfect condition after 6 years so I was very suprised. They were so lovely about it and very apologetic they sent me out replacement peices no questions asked. Brilliant customer service and happy to report the new harness is perfect! Thank you!”

“I bought a whole harness about 3 years ago for my Miniature Schnauzer. The part at the front was having every day wear & tear. He's a puller, so it had stretched a bit. So I ordered a front piece. This arrived in the time frame promised. I love the fact I don't have to order a whole new harness, as the rest of the one I bought 3 years ago is in good condition.”
