“After previously purchasing three harnesses for my now 14 month old Cockapoo from other supplier brands and not being totally happy with them due to their “standard fit”, I was recommended to try PerfectFit and I’m so glad I did. After measuring my pup and contacting PerfectFit customer services via live chat with his details, I was advised on which size to go for and I was absolutely delighted that when it arrived, it was indeed a perfect fit. My pup looks so much more comfortable wearing it, we both couldn’t be more happier. Thank you”

“Love the harness. Fast delivery. Contacted Gilly regarding an exchange, for the front piece, it was sent out same day. Cannot fault any part of purchasing the harness, and would certainly recommend to others.”

“Such a pleasant company to do business with. Unfailingly cheerful when discussing my dogs needs. They really care that the product you buy is a perfect fit for your pet. The modular system is brilliant. When the harness wasn't stting quite right they sent out a different size replacement at no cost. All you have to do is send back the part that doesn't fit pefectly. Can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Excellent professional service. We had just adopted a lively three year old Springer who had no lead training at all. The adoption was unplanned but as she needed urgent assistance we were pleased to give her a home but the timing was not the best. The harness arrived and was a little bit slack so we contacted the customer service team who immediately sent out a replacement part for the harness. As we were just about to go on holiday we were very relieved at the speed and professionalism of the team. Thank you once again for your assistance.”

“We replaced one section (the middle Y section) of one of our dog’s harnesses after the previous middle section had a tear on it after about 5 years (probably caused by our other dog!). These harnesses are fantastic and great you can just replace the section you need rather than the whole harness. They fit perfectly and service and speed of sending it out were all fantastic. Thank you”

“Fabulous product and fabulous customer service. Needed some help and so when I called to explain the gentleman couldn’t have been any more helpful, polite and friendly. A couple of days and a few extra bits arrived for me to try and work out what I was happiest with before sending back what I didn’t need. First time using this company, they were recommended by my dog trainer, it won’t be the last time I use and will certainly highly recommend to others. Thank you”

“We are pleased with the harness and Amber is more comfortable walking. We are attending puppy training and the trainer recommended it. If any adjustments are needed they will be done on next session”

“We love our perfect fit harness! Once we understood how it all connects together - which isn’t as hard as it sounds - we made the adjustments and now have a well-fitting, comfy harness for our large golden retriever. The customer advice was excellent - clear information and a confident size assessment which proved spot-on; but it was great to know we could go back to them if we had problems with the fit. Heartily recommended.”
