“My reactive 4 year old cocker spaniel has always been a challenge with pulling & lunging on walks. Our behaviourist recommended a PerfectFit harness. I gave the company a call, received wonderful customer service from start to finish. Spoke to a lovely lady & gave her my dogs measurements, i received the harness within 2 days. One part of the harness was a little bit big so I emailed them with photographs & they quickly responded & I received another piece the very next day. The new piece fitted perfectly & I returned the other pieces that weren’t needed. The harness looks really nice & fits him so well! It’s a lovely fleece material, padded, very comfortable , the quality is outstanding. Our walks are easier now & enjoyable. Highly recommend if you have a dog that pulls!”

“I’ve been absolutely delighted with the customer service received from the team at Perfect Fit. The original harness wasn’t a quite right so after being sent a couple of alternatives to try, I’ve now got a good fitting harness. My cocker hated having his old harness put over his head so this Perfect Fit one is just perfect.”

“Brilliant harness.. this is the second one I’ve bought. The first puppy one I bought, I gave to a friend. They’re excellent quality, washable and the fit seems very comfy.”

“A great idea to have a modular harness that can be updated as your dog grows. We bought a purple version for our little puppy and are very happy with the fit and soft texture on her little body. so much we went on to purchase the matching lead.”

“I am really happy with Ernie’s PerfectFit harness. It fits him perfectly after a couple of adjustments, it’s less bulky then his previous harness and the reason for getting another one was he didn’t like a harness that goes over his head so this is ideal. He doesn’t run off now when I get the harness out. I received great customer service when I rang about sizing,It’s machine washable, good choice of colours, i would recommend it’s perfect.”

“I am pleased with the quality of the harness and the exceptional service received. I had ordered the 40mm size but found the front piece was too small and the girth was too tight too. I called the company and they advised me that send out a larger front piece and the large girth to try. I received these pieces with 2 days. I have since returned the pieces no longer needed.”

“I called up perfect fit customer service for advice on which size pieces to order for my GSD puppy. I spoke to a lovely lady who quickly advised me on what we needed. The harness arrived quickly and fits beautifully with plenty of room for adjustments as he grows. Wish I’d done it sooner!”

“The harness looked smart and I liked the fleece padding, but I think it was unsuitable for a very small dog. There is just too much fabric between the front legs because of the attachments for the separate components. The idea of being able to make it grow with the dog is attractive, but actually just buying one that fits and then a bigger one if necessary will be more comfortable, so I have returned it.”
