“I ordered my dog a 15 harness and unfortunately there were parts of it that didn’t fit and then I thought the top piece was too small. I emailed PerfectFit and they were amazing! They sent me out the bigger size to try. A friend of mine is a stockist in PerfectFit harnesses and she said that the 15 is fine but would need alternative sizes for the top piece etc. On the three occasions that they had to send me out different sizes and pieces, the communication from the staff were amazing! They provided an excellent customer service, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Now I have a harness that fits him I can’t wait to add more colours to his wardrobe.”

“I order four harnesses, two for my dogs and two for my mums dogs. All miniature dachshunds.The first three fit perfect however the one harness for a puppy didn’t fit. The customer service I received after this was brilliant and could not fault them. They sent me different sizes to try so quickly and we found the perfect size! I would recommend these harnesses and this company and will also always purchase my harnesses from perfect fit the quality and service is great.”

“I love this harness. Having the three separate pieces means it is easy to fit properly. I have two I use and now have ordered a new front piece as he's stretched it pulling, that's after three years. It doesn't stop him pulling but with also using the double ended lead I have good control.”

“I’ve bought a lot of harnesses and never have I bought one that fits like it was made for her until I ordered Perfect Fit! It’s better for her too as she hates things going over her head. Perfect Fit has actually given my girl her freedom back as she can go on a flexi again (something I’d never attach to a collar on a chihuahua!). Thank you PerfectFit! The only issue I have is I want all the colours!”

“Really good customer service, quick response and helpful comments which helped clear up some questions on sizing. The harness itself is amazing, fits him perfectly, doesn't slip at all and lets him walk and run normally. It's also comfortable for him and well made. Thankyou! He loves it!”

“Love the harnesses we have had 1 for over 2 years and 1 for a year and still as good as new. I bought 2 complete new ones as I wanted a new colour and it's great to have a spare so one can be washed and we still have a harness. Very well made works well, fits well with our German Shepherd and Golden Retriever”

“Customer service so helpful and friendly. My dog is a cross breed. The operator patiently took all my dog’s measurement and the harness was a “Perfect Fit” and put together. Arrived in two days second post, along with a booklet with instructions and other products. Would use every time.”

“Seen perfect fit highly rated amongst the dachshund IVDD community. We purchased ours after our dog had grade 5 Ivdd surgery as she needed a good harness to aid her recovery. Customer service was just what I needed in such a stressful time! They sent out a smaller size without me even asking. Thank you so much”

“Perfect fit are brilliant. Realised my pup had put on some weight and needed a new longer girth strap. It was easy to order, perfect fit when tried on and came very quickly, very efficient service. Also the good thing about it was only buying one piece of the harness and not having to replace the whole thing. Win win”
