“The proof is in the name! Our pup’s harness is a perfect fit and he is willing to have it put on as it doesn’t have to go over his head. It’s been in the sea and it dries pretty quickly. Looking forward to get new pieces as he grows. Special mention to customer service who answered quickly and were great with the recommendations and advice.”

“Thank you & I personally don't feel you need to improve your service. My call was answered quickly, your colleague gave excellent support & added two additional pieces incase the pieces didn't all fit & this was excellent as Poochie needed a mix of sizes. Your colleague was also friendly & relatable. Bye ☺️ p.s. yesterday I returned the two items not required.”

“The harness is of a good quality material soft and flexible however the adjustment bucked tend to allow the unit to become loose after only a few outings. I would highly recommend this harness to anyone. I will have to ask for a smaller front section for my girl as the one sent is loose and at its fullest adjustment”

Thank you for your feedback, Carol. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality of your harness but it sounds as if the fit you have isn't quite right as the adjusters should not loosen throughout a walk. We will contact you directly to check the fit and organise an exchange.

“I have used the perfect fit harnesses for years for all my dogs. It fits perfectly because I can buy different sizes for each piece which is great for my dog with a wider girth .I buy separate pieces and have different coloured tops to match her collars. It is very comfortable and doesn't cause any hair matting. I also like that I can use a double lead on the harness for extra security when crossing roads. I would like to be able to buy matching collars.”

“My trainer recommended PerfectFit to me as I've never used a harness before and was confused by all the different types. It fits perfectly and seems really comfy with the fleece lining. I like the y front as it doesn't restrict movement of the front legs and there's no pressure round the delicate throat area. Also got a matching lead which is comfortable to hold, very pleased with both purchases - I chose the reflective ones - useful for the darker evenings.”

“I ordered a new Harness for my 1yr Puppy. I spoke to a really helpful member of staff who advised me on the correct sizing. The harness arrived two days later, the piece on the chest was just a tiny bit tight so I had another super helpful chat with another member of staff and now my Pup loves his Perfect fit harness, he has his head and moves very happily in it! 10/10 for Customer service and product!”

“I don’t know why more people don’t rave about this brand! Their harnesses are so well made, innovative design and clever functionality. On top of that, probably the best customer service I have received in a while. 10/10 would recommended to any pawrent!”

“Our 5-month Bearded Collie, Cosmo, loves it. His walking, which hitherto was with a simple dog collar, has changed dramatically for the better. He is more relaxed and it is easier to control and instruct him. Cosmo now enjoys walking much farther, and if he gets excited at times, it is less stressful to manage him using the PerfectFit. Thank you.”

“I've just purchased a second top piece for my perfect fit harness so i can mix up the colours. The harness is exactly as advertised - a perfect fit! The harness adjusts in so many ways, it means it can be altered perfectly for my pup Ralph. He is a non shedder too so when he's not had a groom in a while it's easy to alter to allow for the extra fur (haha). It's top quality and i've had my original harness for over 2 years and it's as good as new. It was recommended by my vet and I'm so glad i took her recomendation! Not only that but the customer service is second to none, I ordered the wrong size top piece, emailed the team and got a reply straight away to say they would post the correct size to me, free of charge. I will remain a customer for life.”
