“The customer service is outstanding! The harness arrived quickly, but one piece was a little big, a quick chat via Facebook Messenger and they arranged to send out a smaller piece to try, which arrived quickly and was a perfect fit. Highly recommend!”

“This harness is brilliant! Dakota is a Dobermann and a very strong puller. I wanted something to walk her on the extendable lead and not hurt her neck and this harness is perfect for her. Three wonderful walks so far and we look forward to many more! The service was amazing also with very speedy delivery. Thank you so much, PerfectFit!”

“Amazing product. My spaniel looks like she can run for hours in this harness. It's one of the only harnesses she looks comfy in and walks or runs normally in! I always recommend this harness to friends as it really does fit perfectly with the 3 separate parts ability to be different sizes. Just like people, dogs are all different sizes and this brand caters for all.”

“It is a very nice fit on my very long mini dachshund. Now that we have 2 harnesses it is useful to have a replacement following deep paddles up to the armpits in a local pond!!”

“Delighted with my Rainbow harness. Purchased a Perfectfit harness 15yrs ago for previous dog, and it's still going, although a bit'threadbare'. Shame I couldn't get it from a local outlet, I recommend it to all my Dog Training classes. We have an excellent local pet shop(PK Pets Church Crookham Fleet Hants.) who are very experienced and knowledgeable, it would be great to have hands on service.”

“I have used these harnesses with my dogs for several years. I like the fact that I can adjust the straps to give a 'perfect fit'. The fabric of the back section is comfotable for the dog, although my current dog hates wearing a harness. It is easy to throw the harness in the washing machine when the fields are muddy.”

“The Perfect Fit harness is just that - a perfect fit. We have one for our little puppy [his first harness] and one for our six year old dog. We would not use anything else, as they are so comfortable, lightweight and supportive of our dogs. We find they support the dogs in exactly the right place and make them [and us] feel secure when they are wearing them. I highly recommend this harness.”

“If you’d have asked me last year it would have been 5 stars. My dog finds these harnesses very comfortable, they don’t rub and with her bro g a sighthound, being able to get separate pieces means you really can get a perfect fit. We replaced for larger sizes of all three when she outgrew the first one (we purchased when she was a puppy). However the second one has not lasted well (baring in mind she’s not even two yet, so we have not had it very long!) and two out of the three pieces are broken. Only the back piece is still intact. Dissapointing, and not good value for money if these are breaking so fast. It is the plastic buckle areas that are breaking. She doesn’t swim with it on and it’s under her raincoat when she’s walked in the rain and we have generally taken very good care of it! So, sadly, we won’t be purchasing again”

Thank you for your useful feedback, Michelle. This is most unusual to see and certainly not what we would usually expect from our harness. We would like to replace these pieces for you, free of charge and will contact you directly to arrange this with you. With the intension of preventing this happening again, we may need to do a little investigating. It is most unusual for the webbing to fray and the clips to snap without some sort of external trauma. Whilst the harness is very durable, it is not indestructible and the scratches on the clip suggest that something might be rubbing on that area either whilst it is being worn or in storage, so it might be worth keeping an eye out in the coming weeks. Some other preventative tips that we suggest include: - Ensuring that your dog is supervised at all times whilst wearing the harness - Keeping an eye out for anything that could be rubbing on that area whilst your dog is wearing the harness (for example, we have had dogs who like to rub up against walls) or in storage. - Brushing off any dirt or grit from the harness after every use - Placing the harness in a wash bag in the washing machine and washing on a cool wash

“I bought this front section of my existing perfect fit harness as the panel with the clasp on had split( I have had the harness for five years and it is worn twice every day). I really like the Perfect fit harness. Impressed that you can just replace each but rather than have to buy a full new harness. I would highly recommend it and very pleased with the product, company and speedy delivery.”
