“Spoke to someone via the online chat and asked when it will be delivered and they told me the 16th, once I placed the order it said the 22nd and then there was a delay so I still havnt received it yet. I understand it's Xmas time and there are delays but you guys told me the 16th and thats the only reason I placed the order. I didnt get to give my gift and now have to wait until I get it next year?”
