“The items I selected for a mates 60th birthday from your website was an enjoyable experience with a good range of choices. Unfortunately it was let down by the amount of time it took your courier Aramex to deliver, 6+ days to get a parcel from Central Coast NSW to Penrith NSW. I tracked my order and the item sat in Aremex Sydney warehouse for 2 days. I know this to be a regular issue with Aramex as we order wine online and they use this courier also, we have had multiple issues mostly with having to go to their nearest collection office to collect our order due to not being home due to no warning of when they may arrive. They are also extremely difficult to contact. When I try to give them feedback, they are not interested. Extremely frustrating. In my opinion Australia Post would do a far better job. I would be reluctant to return due to the sub standard delivery option I'm sorry. Although my mate received his gift after his celebration, he very much loved the gifts we purchased from Personalised Favours. Thank you for your time.”

“I am so happy with the service and the product recieved from Personalised Favours. I submit a unique design easily via the website, and had the first proof within 24 hours. My feedback was taken on very quickly and the second proof was approved and sent for production within 48 hours of my placing the order. The glasses were dispatched with clear communication re tracking, and they arrived in very safe packaging, which I was also pleased to see was very environmentally friendly. Everyone that I dealt with by email and phone were consummate professionals, and super friendly. The glasses look amazing, and the crew who recieved them, loved them! (Thanks so much for the speedy and skilled service). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for your personalised product needs in future.”
