“Got a personalised beer mug and bottle opener for my Dad! He loved it! Ordering process was easy, was delivered in pretty good time and quality (from what Dad says) was great. Only think I would say is I couldn't personalise it with anything I wanted - that cost etc...not sure I agree with that, maybe a certain amount of words only. But overall - great.”

“All of the wine glasses arrived nicely wrapped and were shipped with care, so none were broken. I also received a phone call about my card message, as it had been cut off. They wanted to confirm how it ended, which I thought was very thoughtful and respectful. It was great of them to call and check if I was happy with the message or wanted to make any changes.”

“This was a great gift and the service was fabulous. I made a mistake with the engraving and email communication fixed that in no time. I received a proof to confirm the engraving and once confirmed delivery was within the week.
