“Thank you Personalised Favours for friendly and efficient service. Your support from placement of order to delivery was greatly appreciated especially when I initially only received half of my order. Your prompt response to emails was valued and I appreciate that you care about your customers. My package of glass candles was safely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Hi Jeweline, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order, We have reached out a few times via phone and email to assist you with your query. As you had placed two separate orders approximately a year apart and had received two different shaped stemless glasses due to change in stock and unfortunately we have not received a response. We always aim to provide our customers with the amazing products ordered and we are happy to replace the original order so the glasses matched however we no longer stock the glasses from your original order.
