“I ordered the personalised engraved bamboo picnic table with the bonus wine glasses for my mother-in-law, and she absolutely loved it! She’s usually the hardest person to buy for, so seeing how happy she was made my day. Shipping was super fast and communication was great throughout. The only tiny disappointment was that the wine glasses were just a little bit short, so one of them sits slightly on the wooden edge and doesn’t sit perfectly straight — but honestly, it’s nothing major and definitely wouldn’t stop me from purchasing again. Beautiful product, amazing gift idea, and great service!”

“I ordered a personalised poker ste for my son's 40th birthday. I made an error on the original order by puting COLIN'S as the required name. That same day, I realised my error (I wanted COLIN, not COLIN'S) and sent an email with URGENT in the message header. I received a reply that said I would receive an email and SMS with the correction I wanted and that I should approve it and my order would THEN be completed. I sent the approval, and that approval WAS ACKNOWLEDGED. I received the poker set, giftwrapped as requested, and gave it to my son. When he opened it, I was HORRIFIED to see that the name on the case was "COLIN'S". I will never order from you again because even after I sent the required approval of the change in my order, that your company IGNORED the approval and printed the original order. VERY POOR FORM! Hi Graham, Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear how disappointed you were with the final product as that’s never the experience we want for our customers. After reviewing the order history, we can see that the original artwork approval was received and production began shortly after to meet the requested turnaround time. Your updated artwork request came through after production had already been completed and your gift dispatched, which is why the change wasn’t reflected on the finished item. Our team reached out as soon as we saw your review to offer a resolution, including a replacement with your corrected artwork, but we weren’t able to finalise this with you. We’d still be very happy to remake the poker set with the updated personalisation so that your son receives the version you intended.
