“My order had to be collected from the couriers depot If I had known how slack these couriers are I would have collected it from you directly as it was much closer to where I live The jewel box was as I ordered and was fine although a bit smaller than I expected. The engraving was perfect”

“I didn’t receive my order correctly. I emailed and not received response promptly so have to chat them in the site. There’s no urgency so replacement will not be here on time. Such a shame. I have to say sorry to one of the godparents.”
