“Personalised Favours have been great regarding finalising my product on time, communication and helpfulness. The only downside is they deliver through Aramex which inexplicably held my order at a location 4h drive from my address for over a week, in the end it wasn't delivered on time for me to gift.”

“Wrong items sent out initially however the mistake was corrected quickly. Still waiting on my order to arrive so can't comment on quality but customer service is fantastic”

“Previously was good However on this occasions results are to give a Very poor review The product I purchased 2 weeks ago that was to be delivered this week, I have now been advised is not available. This is a poor standard and disgraceful especially being a birthday present. I will think twice about deciding if I continue with you.”
