“Made an order on 28th Nov and I’ve been contacting multiple times for an update as I have yet to receive tracking number. Tracking number was finally sent on 9th December after contacting them again but there’s no movement from 12th December. Contacted them again on 15th and 16th for an update. Was told they will follow up for me but I did not receive any phone calls and I have to contact personalized favours again. Finally it arrived in Melbourne depot on 16th and stated it will be delivered on 16th. I waited whole day and finally decided to contact the driver only to be told it will be delivered on 17th. My wedding was on the 18th, I was anxiously waiting and went through so much hassle with this order to make sure that it will arrived before the wedding. Finally it arrived around 4-5pm on 17th but I’m missing 7 coasters. I’ve emailed Zarah from personalized favours about the missing order but I did not receive any response at all. I have to say this is a horrible customer service and lack of communication. If I knew this is the service I’m getting and have to go through all the hassle, worries and time to get an update for my order, I would not have order from personalized favours. Please kindly follow up on the 7 missing coasters I have yet to receive, it’s really frustrating to constantly trying to contact the team and yet nothing has been done and no response at all.”
