“Excellent service and prompt and responsive with claims. We have had our dog on PetsBest for the past 3 years. They have always been prompt with response to claims or questions about our plan and what is covered. If there is a delay they email us. If there is something missing in claim they will respond promptly. Would recommend to other pet owners.”

“I have had Pets Best insurance for almost 5 years on my two Newfoundland dogs. I submitted my first claim recently, I’m very impressed with their service. The app is easy to use, they responded within a few days and are covering exactly what is outlined in my policy. Veterinary care has become so expensive especially when owning giant breed dogs. I believe having Pets Best insurance is being responsible to my wonderful hairy, slobbery family members.”

“Filing a claim is so extremely easy on line. Each time I have filed I simply upload a Pic of my paid invoice and it's processed and paid within a couple of days at the most.”

“Pets Best has been a huge help in terms of recouping the cost of veterinary care for our two vizslas. We have one dog that has had a lot of health scares over the past year and thankfully we've been able to weather the storms with the help of Pets Best.”

“The reason for this review is: in order to drop the Well Care portion of the policy which we find to not be financially beneficial Pets Best cancels the existing policy and creates a new one which then considers any ailment your pet has as pre-existing. How is this ethical when you have been paying for coverage and have never had any major claims???”

“Very easy to set it up for my 2 dogs, great costumer service, very easy to contact and answer all my questions. The app is super friendly to use and to summit all my dog’s health history and wellness clams. Very happy with Pest Best.”

“The insurance is horrible. Almost all claims denied as not covered or when they were a very small amount. I spent more every year on the premium than I even claimed. Year 2 my rate went ups $100/mo and the 3rd year &150/mo with no claims. When I did file a claim it would take a month to get either an approval or denial. When it was approved it took 2 weeks or more for a deposit into my account. I would not recommend pets best to anyone”
