“I submitted a claim for June 13 and I just now July 3 got a refund for what I paid at the vet and it was just a wellness check up. Will be switching back to our old insurance.”

“GREAT! QUICK TURNAROUND WITH CLAIM REIMBURSEMENTS. PERHAPS CONSIDER BUILDING AND PROVIDING A DIRECTORY OF VETS THAT ACCEPT PETS BEST PET HEALTH INSURANCE AS A SERVICE TO YOUR MEMBERS. COST OF SERVICES CONTINUE TO RISE ACROSS THE BOARD INCLUDING THE ANNUAL COST OF COVERAGE AND THERE'S A LARGE DISCREPANCY BETWEEN U AND C AND ACTUAL CHARGES THAT IMPACTS TOTAL REIMBURSEMENT.”

“We have been with PetsBest for over 3 years and we have 3 dogs. The premiums are reasonable compare to some other the insurances with the 5 stars (can not cite name but they charge a lot of $$$$) -- we have been very happy with the coverage since we moved our Insurance to PetsBest - The claims are being processed in a timely matter and we never had any issues with our reimbursable. Will definitely recommend. PetsBest Keep Up with the Great Job. Bibi”

“A few years ago I got PetsBest insurance for my dog, who was very healthy, thinking I'd probably never use it. Boy, was I wrong! PetsBest has been a Godsend! My girl somehow got sick with e coli which led to a two month long ordeal. If not for PetsBest I would have been stuck with a humongous set of vet bills that would have cost me a small fortune. I HIGHLY recomend PetsBest. Claims are easy to file and there is a very quick turn around time. The small amount I pay every month for this insurance has been worth every penny! Thank you PetsBest and God bless you!”

“The only complaint I’ve had is that when I send something in which I can read, I think it’s perfect and then I get a message a week after the fact saying please resend it because we can’t read it. I don’t understand that. If somebody can’t read something, all they have to do is zoom in on it”

“I've had a generally positive experience with Pets Best, particularly with their excellent customer service and the timely processing of claims. This is truly commendable. My main concern, however, is the consistent and substantial rise in premiums, especially for the wellness plan. Unfortunately, these increases haven't come with any enhancements to the wellness benefits, making the value for money diminish over time.”

“Claims were dealt with promptly and without issue. When you have a sick animal, the last thing you need is a hassle with your insurance. I never experienced a problem with pets best and would recommend it to anyone.”
