It takes too long for claims to be processed but the deposits do get into the correct account.

They are amazing and always reimburse me. It may take a little time, but that does not matter to me. They are true to their word.

Website and portal are always down!! Impossible to get anyone on the phone unless you want to wait on hold over an hour.

Pets Best is greaat! Employees answer the phone and very pleasant. My only problem is sending in claims! I never get to finusih it for some reasons. I have to have the Vet send it for me.

I saved my bills til the end of the hyear. Of the 4, 1 is still not resolved. But I am pleased with the speed and coverage.

We like everything about Pets Best insurance. They have paid the claims they have supposed to and its been relatively easy to submit claims. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 was the length of time it takes to get a claim processed. This last claim took a month for a small one item claim. Other than that, very happy with them.

Can't believe you ask! I have been waiting three weeks for an answer on my claim. I have tried twice to call and both times its a 20-30 minute wait to speake with someone. So yes very unhappy and will be dropping you when and if the claims are complete!!!!

Great on certain things, but others not so great. I hate that you think things are covered and they’re not. Claims payment can be really slow so know that in advance.

Pets Betest processes and pays claims in a very timely manor. I could'nt ask for a better pet insurance coverage. The rates are expected for the age of your dog. Thank you Pets Best, for always doing and exceptional job with claims!

Easy claims process. I have recommended PetsBest to multiple friends. I would not have any future pets without getting insurance and will be using PetsBest in the future again. I do wish the increases in premium were based on the dog’s health history and not just the aging process as it gets pricey, however it is still worth it in my opinion.

I have not had the best experience with Pets Best. Getting reimbursed for a claim takes VERY long and their app does not work.

Customer service is terrible. Recently their website was down and the company should have informed their customers how to submit a claim. The site was down for quite a bit. I saw a bunch of people complaining on social media and I also saw an email where you could submit claims, I submitted claims twice to the email that Pet Best provided both were ignored and no response. People pay a lot of money for their service for the last few months there wasn't any service. Pet Best owes their customers a partial refund or discounts for upcoming months. When the does work, we have two dogs, one dog's claim get process immediately the other is always delayed. It seems like someone is assigned to certain policies and one dog has someone who is efficient and the other is lazy. We complained several times about this and this hasn't been resolved.
