“I like Pet's Best and feel like it is worth purchasing for illness and injury but we found it is not cost effective to keep the wellness policy. Also they are clow about reimbursments.”

“I am very happy with Pets Best Health Insurance. It was very easy to submit a claim and they responded imidiately. It took just several days for the insurance company to process our claim and send us the Explanation of Benefits. Good job Pets Best!!!”

“not worth it. at best, they pay you less than $100 per claim (despite their site saying you can recoup 70-90% of the costs). Then you submit a claim for a pet who had to be put down and you get nothing covered because they'll tell you that it was "preexisting" even when it wasn't. I spend $X per month for coverage, $XX in regular wellness visits (and thank goodness my surviving cat is relatively healthy) and when necessary $XXX for a sick visit to only get something like $90 back. Based on my last visit, using their 70% model, I should have recouped about $230 but I certainly didn't get anywhere near that. At this point, we did the math and we are dropping coverage. I'll eat the $90 I get from Pets Best just to not have to deal with the BS they offer you when explaining their reasons for not covering.”

“Process is very cumbersome with AI generated responses. Takes weeks to receive final answers on submitted claims. Will be canceling my policy shortly.”

“This is my 1st pet insurance experience and so far so good. It is good knowing my pet has extensive coverage for emergencies that I know can be hard to cover. Only one caution, have your Veternarian administer all wellness shots and vaccines (technicians who administer these means they will not be covered).”

“PetsBest is our first use of pet insurance. The sudden traumatic loss of our little rescue Miss Murphy was something we were not prepared for. Thank goodness we had purchased a PetsBest Insurance policy when we had adopted her three years prior! We chose to send in a paper claim with all the paid bills attached. The process would have gone faster had we used the computer, but we are senior citizens and our commfort level was the wriiten word. The claim has been settled and we are so pleased with PetsBest Insurance!”

“I cannot say enough about happy I am I chose Pet”s Best insurance. My three your old cat became suddenly ill this last weekend, and I had to take him to the urgent care. This was my first time needing to file a claim. The bill to have my baby treated was very expensive, and I was concerned that there would be red tape or hoops to jump through to get reimbursement for my claim. That was NOT the case. I submitted the claim and within two days I had a response that the claim had been processed and I would be receiving my refund within five to seven business days. Thank you Pet’s Best for making a stressful situation a little less stressful, and allowing me to be able to get the care my cat/baby needed. I have shared this story with my friends and family recommending they sign up as well. I would highly recommend getting Pet’s Best insurance for all of your fur babies.”

“I had different pet insurance companies for years and was not happy trying to deal with them. Pets Best is different . This time I really need help and they have been there to pay the benefits easily and quickly. I feel grateful to have found Pets Best to cover costs for my pets if and when they need medical attention.”
