“My Yorkie has been very sick the past several months. Pets Best has helped me so .much with his bills. I couldn't have paid them myself without their help. They are the best pets insurance company.”

“Pet's Best has consistently provided great service with my claim reimbursements. And I have not had any issues with those reimbursements. As many would agree, the most difficult part is the 50%+ raises in annual premiums. Pet's Best has done their best to give prior warning and explanation for these raises, but it makes the decision to keep your pet insured incredibly difficult to weigh every year. Also, PEt's Best website seems to be doing well now, but it had some incredibly frustrating technical issues for a long time where manual claim forms were required to be emailed in. Hopefully that's all squared away now. Outside of those things, I still recommend using them.”

“I have Pets Best coverage on all 3 of my dogs and it's something that you hope you don't need, but when you do, you're glad you have it! My boy, Dublin, recently had a foreign body obstruction and needed emergency surgery to remove it. Of the $6,000, my out of pocket expense was about $1200. I am now the poster child for pet insurance and tell everyone I come in contact with about it!”

“Highly recommend pet insurance and the best i have found after extensive searches, is Pets Best. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and caring customer service team who are eager to help. Claims are typically processed quickly and offer good lime item explanations for the care received and the applicable coverage. I rest easier with my pets knowing that essentially what ever might happen, they (and I) are covered.”

“Horrible. I have waited weeks to get some kind of response to my claims and either I have received no respose or I received a delayed response telling me that they need more info. The info that they say they need is ON the claim. I can't get through to anybody this is theft and poorly run.”

“I bought pet insurance at the suggestion of the Vet. I was skeptical because I had tried another company 10 years ago and I was very unimpressed with the insurance. This time the process was very easy and the Insurance was affordable for my new puppy at $35 a month. It had a high deductible but paid 90% of claims. Unfortunately, my dog had a very unusual illness and it cost a lot of money to treat and determine the cause. When the cause was determined to be untreatable, we had to put the dog down and they were kind and quick to resolve it all. The pet insurance allowed me to choose all the tests needed and actually find out what the problem was and how to handle it without prolonging pain and suffering for the dog. While the pet insurance didn't save me the heartbreak, it did save me financially.”
