“My experience with Pets Best has been wonderful from start to finish. After some expensive health issues, we looked for insurance for our elderly cat and I really thought we wouldn't be able to find anything. I'm so glad we found Pets Best. Kitty's pre-existing condition was not covered for a year, but everything else was. After the year wait, even her very expensive pre-existing condition was covered. Claims were paid promptly, and we were notified any time there was a slight delay. It was a gift to be able to get her the treatment she needed without having to worry about the cost. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind and, after she died, they even sent a card which was a lovely touch. Very highly recommended.”

“I have had Pet's Best for about 9 years with 3 different dogs. For the most part it has been ok however the extreme escalation of premium last year and even worse this year has made me start to look for something more affordable. I don't mind a slight increase every year but this last increase is well over $100 per month. For this premium price (pushing $300 per month) I will probably just put that money aside for myself or find a more affordable insurance.”

“I had to file my first Accident/Illness claim when one of my cats suddenly stopped urinating and was acting strangely. At 10pm, I felt confident enough to take him to the ER nearby because I had Pets Best insurance. Getting in contact with a representative was easy, and they guided me through getting the proper documentation for the claim. They would email me updates, such as delays and the usual timeframe for processing a claim, which was nice to know. And within 3 weeks of filing the claim, it was approved! I am thankful for choosing Pets Best insurance for my two cats and feel reassured that my babies are in safe hands when unexpected things happen.”

“Disappointed that the administration of the vaccine was not covered if the vet tech administered the shot and not the veterinarian. Why not ? It seems to me that it would be cheaper for you to cover the cost of the administration of vaccines by techs versus by veterinarians. Seems very short sighted. Why force me to always require a veterinarian to administer a shot? It will cost both of us more. Shots don’t administer themselves folks. Somebody needs to review your policies. I hope someone can expo this to me.”

“My kitty cat Elijah had a yearly wellness exam about 3 weeks ago. Once my bill was received by Pets Best they emailed to tell me that. They got right on it and received my deposit to my credit card account within 3 days. The process was very quick. Thank you.”
