“Absolutely amazing and highly reccomend. I switched from Healthy Paws due to astronomically rate increases and never filing a claim in 8 years. Of course, months later we have high bills for an emergency splenectomy and chemo, which we would not have done if our dog was not healthy and had no other concers. Pets Best processed claims quickly and without issues. I recommend them to everyone and they will be used for all my future dogs and cats based on how simple the experience has been.”

“It’s a very decent company. We will stick with them. Some claims take a couple weeks so just be weary of that but they’re good about reimbursing and being fair”

“First claim, everything according to the plan I purchased. Reimbursement went to deductible as arranged. Very timely resolution to our Cavapoo's bills. We are happy to know she is covered now for the rest of the year. Premium cost was very reasonable for included coverage. Very happy with our choice.”

“These guys are the best. I submitted my claim and it was processed the next business day. I received approval the next day and the reimbursement was deposited in my account within 3 days. I wish my insurance was this fast.”

“I took my dog to the vet over 10 days ago and after many conversations with them they still haven't re-embersed me I still don't know what portion of the bill they intend to pay. I didn't have an extra 800.00 so I had to use my rent money. VERY SLOW TO PAY”

“I purchased a coverage level plus wellness plan which I believed would provide a better amount of reimbursement compared to the lower insurance plan. However, I have found the Pets Best are not good and do provide a level of reimbursement expected for their top tier plan. For other first time pet insurance buyers, I recommend you look into other insurance companies before deciding on Pets Best. It may be pet insurance overall which leaves some room for improvement but so far I am not impressed or happy with this pet insurance.”
