“They charged me $50 dollars more on my monthly payment which is not FAIR to me.”

“Excellent coverage insurance at good pricing with a no hassle claim process. My only complaint was that they didn’t reimburse me for all the months I overpaid when I forgot to update my address upon moving which significantly lowered my monthly premium when I finally did update it.”

“In the 5 years I have had my cats, this is the third time I have had to submit a claim for injury/illness. All 3 times the claim submission process was super easy. I answered a few questions, uploaded detailed invoices and submitted. That's it Pets Best did the rest and within 30 days the claim was processed and payment was sent to my account. I am so glad I have the peace of mind knowing that if something major happens (or even no so major) that I can breathe easy knowing Thor, Loki and/or Lila will get the care that they need.”

“Every time I called, the employees were very helpful in caring. I’ve had a great experience and will be signing my other dog up. Highly recommended as I seen on multiple Frenchie sites. That’s why I chose this company due to their good reviews and I feel the same. That’s why I will sign my other dog up.”

“We love Pets Best and reccommend them to everyone. Straight-forward coverage explanations that ACTUALLY COVER YOUR PET'S HEALTH NEEDS! Plus, they are usually quick with their processing time. Out of the three different pet insurance companies we've had over the years, Pets Best is BEST!”

“Very professional and the cost is reasonable. I Just wish they didn’t go up in price so much every year. My dogs have had no problems but they still go up a lot every year. I don’t know if it’s worth it for me since my dogs are healthy.”

“Pets Best made timely payments when my pet needed two expensive back surgeries. She had great wonderful care by a Vet Neurologist and has fully recovered. We would not have been able to afford these surgeries without pet insurance. I would never be without it.”

“The worst insurance i have ever had for my pets. I have had it for 5 years and using it for the 2nd time and they refused payment on all things that are part of our policy. My wife and I are shopping around for new insurance Don't waste your money!! Terrible service as well!”

“My dog is my child... pets best gas been there through every rough moment. Luckily I got insurance my my furry kid the moment we got him as a puppy. 2 torn acl surgeries later, pets best allowed me to provide the deserved and due care he needed. Without pets best, I would have to take loans out to cover the surgeries. They provide peace of mind and let me focus on my dogs recovery instead of worrying about bills.”
