“They don’t cover much. They take forever to review claims. They are incredibly expensive. Will be looking for other insurance.”

“Worked exactly as the contract stated. Deductible came out then they paid their portion. Payment was immediate. We have had several claims over the last year+ and everytime Pets Best has done/paid exactly what they were supposed to. Without this insurance we would have had to put my son's cat down. A must for every pet owner!! The emergancy vet and hospitalation is so expensive. To not have to choose between the pet you love and the money it takes to take care of them was a relief. Thank you Pets Best.”

“I count on Pets Best more and more as my pet grows older. I have never had an appropriate claim denied. Usually a quick turn around time for reimbursement as well. I have no complaints.”

“Compared to the aother insurence we have for our other dog this was a hassle. I almost feel like if they kept asking for the forms again and again we would give up. Took a month for them to get the "correct" papers. Even though i sent it all in on the first day.”

“Pet's Best used to be great and efficient. However with my new policy it's taken a month for the 1st claim to be processed and I still have not received payment a week later. Much room for improvement just to get back to where they used to be.”

“I couldn’t be happier with Pets Best Insurance! The claims process is incredibly simple—just upload your receipt and invoice and you’re done. They review and pay out quickly, with no hassle or back-and-forth. I’ve only ever had to submit once, and everything was processed smoothly with one payment. Having peace of mind that my pet is covered and knowing how easy it is to file a claim makes this insurance well worth it. Highly recommend!”

“Pets best is a wonderful insurance company! They processed the claim for my poor Shih Tzu named snuggles quickly, and reimbursement was exactly as the policy stated. They didn’t play any games, deducting this and deducting that just exactly what was stated in the policy that I paid for! Thank you very much pets best. My snuggles has healed perfectly and is back to herself again, thank you.🥰…Patty Hahn”

“We signed up with them hesitant about whether it was worth it or not. We heard horror stories about pet insurance companies not paying once the deductible has been met. We just had an expensive surgery done on our dog and they paid everythng they promised in the contract. We also thought after the first year that the rates would go through the roof, but they were very reasonable. Hopefully that continues as the dog gets older. Also, their EOB is very clear and understandable. It shows how much of our deductible has been met, how much they pay, and what our responsibility is after the deductible is met. Overall we are very happy with Pets Best.”
