“Very easy site to maneuver. Rceipts are easy to download. Reimbursements are quick, usually just a few days. After researching many online insuranses for my pup - Pests Best was the the best for us.”

“I have been very happy with how Pet's Best has been handling our claims. George has a condition which requires long term treatment and medication. Filing our claims has been easy and there hasn't been any issues with our reimbursements. Thank you, Pet's Best, for making this easy during a stressful time. We can focus on getting our pup healthy without having to worry about the financial stress of it all.”

“We have had an accident and illness policy for 2 years and 3 months and never had any claims for either of our Great Danes. I filed my first claim for nearly 3k. My dog was sick. We had a vet visit with an X-ray of her stomach, bloodwork and a shot for anti nausea. It was an emergency visit. Two days later we went back and she was hospitalized. There were 4 more X-rays looking for a blockage and monitoring if the contents move through the digestive track, one was a barium study. She had an IV with fluids and antibiotics. Out of nearly 3000 in bills, 576 was reimbursed. I understand the 500 deductible and 20% copay but that is so must less than expected. My monthly premium for just this one dog is $144/month. I do have another dog insured too but that is more. The policy says it covers emergency care, X-rays, injections, lab tests. I have the unlimited option. So I expected to pay 500 deductible and 20% of the rest after the deductible. That’s not what happened so now I am canceling both of my dogs insurance policies and I will find another provider. I do not recommend Pets Best.”

“We have been extremely pleased with Pet's Best Insurance. Our dog, Boops, was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure 16 months ago. The insurance has been reimbursing about 90 percent of the treatment and medications. We would highly recommend getting this insurance for your pet while they are young so they will be covered for the rest of their life.”

“Reimbursement for annual shots good, not so good when I don’t get any reimbursement from her urgent vet visit. Thought I’d be reimbursed since I purchased the plan well before 2 weeks when she was seen.”

“I have had three insurance companies for my dogs over a 40-year period. Pet's Best is by far the BEST. They pay quickly and rarely question the care given my pets. They have saved me thousands in care. My 3 dogs have had multiple surgeries costing thouusands of dollars. I am blessed to have Pet's Best.”
