“I was hesitant to get pet insurance. A friend of mine suggested getting it and she gsve me the information so I could look into it. I am so glad I listened to her. Pet's Best has been wonderful. It is easy to sign up and easy to file claims. They are relatively quick to review your claim and get you your reimbursement. I highly recommend this for any pet owner!”

“I researched extensively when I got a new rescue pup that I didn't know much about because the rescue picked her up in Georgia. My research paid off and they are absolutely the best. I tell everyone, even the celebrity dogs I follow. They pay quick and they are more than fair when it comes to what they will pay. My Ari was deaf when I got her and two years later she went blind from glaucoma and eventually had to have her eyes removed. Pets Best was so amazingly awesome through the entire ordeal. They are very compassionate and I absolutely love doing business with them”

“Very disappointed! I called Pets Best and spoke with a representative. My question was regarding Casey’s annual exam. I took her in first time on December 2024. My question was did I have to wait until December 2025 or could I take her in September 2025. I was assured that September would be OK. Imagine my surprise when I found out that my reimbursement was only going to be a fraction of what I paid the Vet for Casey’s exam because the date needed to be after December 2025. I was going to enroll Casey’s daughter, Summer, but now I don’t think so. I am a dialysis patient and the $200+ that I had to pay really hurt. If their reps can’t give accurate information, I’m not sure I can trust them.”

“If I had not purchased Pets Best insurance for my Service Dog, I would never have been able to afford the chemo treatments for his Hemangiosarcoma/cancer last year. Claim submission is simple and reimbursements have been prompt. The few times I've had to talk to someone for customer support, they have been friendly and helpful.”
