“My lovely cat ingested a foreign object that caused a full blockage in her small intestine. The entire experience was scary, and traumatic for the entire family, especially when I was told how much emergency surgery cost to remove it. Thankfully I had purchased accident and illness insurance. The entire process filing a claim was a breeze i uploaded the invoices and less than 2 weeks later the claim was approved and I was reimbursed. Definitely a must have for pets owners!!”

“FOr whatever reason the glitches that were occurring changed the name of my pet and i had to jump through several hoops to have it changed and then to make sure my babys claims were paid. Also the hold time was always more than 30 min and I work during the day and recieve only a 30 min break during the hours where the staff is available. Very inconvenient.”

“The wait time for customers support is horrible! It took 30 minutes to talk to a human! The representative was very kind and knowledgeable. It’s a shame this company does not value efficient customer support. Online can not do everything that a human can.”

“So claims I submitted last year took forever but I figured they were just growing so fast they needed more staffing to keep up so didn’t complain. Just filed my first one this year. I filed on April 3 and they had an EOB to me by April 7th. Still waiting for the deposit though.”

“Reimbursement reviews take too long- it should not take 30+ days to receive reimbursement. Any additional requests sent to vets should also include the policy holders email to ensure everyone is on the same page. There have been occasions when the vet hadn’t received the additional requests sent from PetsBest so the claim was denied without the policy holder having the ability to intervene.”

“I have insured my dog with Pet’s Best for over 8 years. Excellent service, compassionate staff, and easy claims submission and handling. I have both emailed and called them on the phone if necessary. The people who answer are polite and knowledgeable. They have been there for us when we needed them most! This is NOT a paid review either. I have recommended them to many of my friends.”

“Claim paid as expected. Fast, all explained and all done on line. Easy to do. First claim for my puppy with the add on “ well care”. So far, so good.”
