“Very pleased with Pet's Best. We have accident only coverage for our almost 10 year old dog. I was skeptical, but PB reimbursed us for much of a very expensive ER visit due to our dog eating some unknown substance. Very impressed.”

“This company takes to long to process a simple claim. I was asked twice to send in the same invoice when everything the company was asking (pet's name, DOS, etc) was right there in black and white! When sending in the same invoice for the second time, I had to circle info that was right there. Ridiculous!”

“This was our first experience with Pets Best and it was fabulous. Easy to submit the claim--Pets Best was very communicative during the process and our reimbursement was exactly as stated it would be in our policy. We are very pleased with this company and feel grateful to have support for our dog during an unexpected illness.”

“Worth every penny. You can call them 24/7 to voice your concerns regarding your pet. The vet tech will let you know if you should have them be seen immediately and if not they will tell you to monitor them and tell you what warning signs to look for. Oh I almost forgot, they process claims quickly.”

“I have had mostly good experiences with Pets Best. Its easy to submit claims and they do take their time to review but eventually that happens! The yearly fee though keeps going up but thats true for most insurers and also a function of the pet's age. Overall I am happy and would recommend.”
