“PetsBest honors its insurance coverage - whatever is covered is covered, no denials or other red tape to worry about. Very good customer service reprsentatives. But it takes forever to get your claims processed and reimbursed =( Plan to have 30 days from claim submission to reimbursement, sometimes longer the more money due back to you.”

“You don't need insurance until you really need it, and we did this past summer. Our 5-year-old Peekapoo had an ailment and the bills were paid as scheduled. We were very impressed with the professionalism of Pets Best.”

“I’ve always been very satisfied with Pets Best insurance. Customer service is excellent reimbursement is usually very timely. Sometimes a little longer than it really should be for refills on a medication. Your dogs been on for years. Also, I understand the cost of living is going up but my insurance payment for the month went up $145 For my two dogs and don’t get me wrong. It’s a blessing to have insurance it saved me thousands of dollars, but I live on Social Security and that’s a lot of money a month for an increase. Other than that, they’re awesome.”
