“They always process claims quickly and provide a detailed explanation of benefits. My previous pet insurance company used to take forever to process claims, and always had some excuse why something wasn’t covered. Pets best is very transparent on what’s covered and what isn’t. A very professional company.”

“Pet's Best has always been a great insurance provider that offers many coverage options for all budgets. Claim processing is very easy and Pet's Best keeps ackniowledges each claim and keeps you informed of their progress. Payments are made in a timely manner & direct deposit is so convenient. I recommend them to anyone considering an insurane policy for their beloved fur baby!”

“Pleased with coverage per my plan but 3 to 4 weeks to get paid is a bit much. Vets wont wait that long to get paid and it creates a financial burden to not get reimbursed in a timely manner”

“Pets Best has been a great experience for us so far. We opted for the Accident/Illness policy and also have Wellness. We’ve not made any claims on the Accident/Illness policy but have submitted several to Wellness for routine meds like flea and tick, all of which were paid promptly according to policy terms and limits. This is our first year so we’re hoping the renewal’ premium doesn’t spike astronomically. That’s the reason we left our last carrier.”

“Using Pets Best for three years now on my dog. Cannot find any other insurance that is less than what we pay. They are reliable, make it easy to file claims. Only complaint is they could make payment a little quicker. Sticking with Pets Best!”

“Have had an okay experience with Pets Best. Generally speaking processing of claims has gone well with the exception of the first one and a couple others taking a very long time. Most disappointing thing was after one year - and no claims - the premium on our dog almost doubled! Feels like they get you to commit with a decent rate and then after a year hit you hard.”
