“We were very satisfied with Pet’s Best which we had for the last 4 years of our dog’s life. Submitting claims was easy and payment, when applicable, was fast. The insurance is expensive as all forms of animal and human health insurance are but there are choices that help control the premium. The companies compassion at the passing of our bet was surprising and welcome.”

“Every claim I submit always has an an issue!! If the next one has an issue I will be switching insurance I never had A X zerothese issues with my last company I should have stayed worker them!! Claims were paid in 3 days not a month!!”

“I did a lot of research before getting pets best policies for our dogs and and have not been disappointed. One of our dogs had a major health incident out of the blue last year. We were able to give him the best of care and it saved his life. While we still had a copay and a deductible, having the insurance policy was a financial lifesaver. Petsbest made it so easy to file the claim and get reimbursed. I highly recommend their pet insurance.”

“It some what appears to me that , I have been waiting in an lenghtly and untimely manner on getting my most recent pets claim processed. How ever this was my first time doing so, im patiently yet waiting for the results. I also understand that due to certain circumstances and guidelines can and, effect certification and cause delays.”

“So glad I started both of our pups on pet health insurance shortly after adoption. One of our pups was diagnosed with cancer at 11 years old and we've been able to count on Pets Best to help with costs for his operation and chemo treatments. We will hopefully get to enjoy a few more years with the best dog ever.”

“I've been satisfied with everything at Pets Best except the time it takes to get a claim reviewed. Filling the claim is easy but it takes several weeks to get it reviewed. Recent claim submitted on 4 day of the month and didn't get an EOB until 24 day of the month. Still waiting on my reimbursement check as of 27 day of the month. .”

“Unfortunately, my dog, Mac, was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. I have incurred about $15,000 in veterinary bills as a result. Pets Best has paid for everything they said they would and has done so in a timely fashion. I recommend this company to all my friends, and I will use it for all my pets forever. If you are searching for a pet insurance company, look no farther. These guys are the best.”

“I've been very happy with Pets Best up until recently. I've got three claims filed and have not been reimbursed for any of them. I get these e-mails about the 'delay'--but no payment deposited in my account. I would like an answer as to why suddenly my claims are taking so long to be processed. And I hope that there is progress being made in the process. But overall, I've been very happy with the company and this is the first issue I've ever had.”

“I have had very good experiences with customer service and processing throughout my (4?5?) years with them. I only hold to 4 stars because I feel that some of the benefits are falling behind the reality of veterinary services and products. There are so often huge gaps between the real cost we experience and the reimbursment levels. I know higher reimbursement would cost more but it would be up to customer's to decide the cost/benefit of higher premiums for higher benefits. I think for many people, pet insurance is not to pay for things they cannot afford otherwise but as a way to spread the costs over time, rather than deal with a steep hit all at once. As pet insurance becomes more common, I also question if the companies should not get involved with negotiations on pricing if the provider wants to be first choice by insurance holders.”
