“All seems good with my policy. When deciding to renew, I spoke to a customer service person and had such a great conversation with her that it made me pleased that I chose to stay, despite the higher cost to renew. I just wish I could remember her name.”

“I’m going on 3 years now November 27 and one of my dogs ended up with copper storage after he was tested after he turned 1 so pretty much it’s always the same medical bill and prescription bill and you guys take forever to reimburse. But thank God I got the insurance.don’t know how any other insurance company pay out . This is the only insurance we ever had. Got them through a survey that finds you what that fits your needs. Through progressive.”

“Pets Best has been amazing to work with. While the peace of mind of having pet insurance is incredible, Pets Best takes it a step further by being simple, easy to use, fairly quick and effective. The only downside is the app is not great, but I’ve been using their web platform and have never had issues. I will continue to use Pets Best for both my dogs and have peace of mind that they will be taken care of with whatever they need.”

“Pets Best increased the cost for my dog's insurance from around 650 three years ago to now over 2000 per year. Now shopping around for other options. Ridiculous. They write it has nothing to do with the claim history. Whatever.....”

“It took almost 4 weeks to get my claims for my two dogs to get approved. This is very poor customer service. Based on this, I would not recommend Pets Best Health Insurance.”

“Processing is convenient, fast snd efficient . . . when you can get the phone app to work! After calling to ask why the app was not working, I was advised to delete the app, then reinstall. This was the second time I had to do this in the years I've had this policy. Fortunately, the problem was resolved and in a matter of only about two days my claims were processed. That part was exceptional service!”

“They need improvement in the length of time it takes to process a claim. I had Nationwide for 13 years for a pet that passed away. The claims were settled and paid in 2-3 days. My last claim submitted to Pets Best took 13 days to settle. In addition, I just received my renewal, and my monthly premium went up $20.00/month. I will be shopping around.”
