“Understand what’s required of you and things will go smoothly. You need to submit all paperwork that’s pertinent to the submittal of the claim and you will be better served. If you do, your process will go smoothly. If not, you will be asked for additional documentation, not a big deal!”

“Unhappy with the quick determinations. Our puppy has been going through all sorts of tests to determine what is going on. It was determined she had preexisting conditions… so any time our dog itches or vomits which is common and often due to many possibilities it will be denied?”

“I think this is our 4th year with Pet's Best. I'm pretty much satisfied with your service, except for a short time, maybe during Covid, that the wait time for claim resolution was extremely long, maybe 2-3 months.”

“We have our young cattle dog mix insured with PetsBest and it has been one of the best decisions we've made in terms of pet health care support. All of our claims have been handled quickly and fairly with an explanation of all charges. Our dog has had a bit of a bumpy start with a few health issues and PetsBest has been very honest and easy to deal with throughout.”

“I think it's really good insurance for the cost. Any time that I've had part of a claim not covered, it's always been something that makes sense given my coverage and it's always been explained very well. I have full coverage on my younger dog and accident only on my senior dog and it's been incredibly helpful. I'll never NOT have insurance on a dog ever again, given how pricey vet visits can be. I have nothing bad to say about Pets Best.”

“From my experience Pets Best is a very good pet insurance provider. They handle claims reasonably timely and are able to explain the reasons behind their decisions. They are also clear at communicating their coverages options. My main issue with Petsbest, and why I only give them four starts, is because their reembursement rates on their wellness policy, are a flat amount instead of a percentage of the cost.”

“They are easy to work with and very thorough. We recently lost our Sahara to cancer. She was only 6 years old. They cancelled her plan after handling the claim and sent their condolences. We have utilized their insurance with for all of our pups and it is definitely worth having it. Highly recommend”

“I'm not sure if it is worth it to have insurance as every time I've submitted a claim I get next to nothing back. I will likely not renew.”

“I love this insurance for our dogs. We have had to use it two times in the last two and a half years. Submitting claims in the app is a breeze and we have had a resolution within a few days of submitting them.”
