“My 6YO cat has been ill twice in the past several months. My claims were acknowledged very quickly - on a weekend - and the claim EOB received less than a week later outlined clear explanations of the determination on each charge. Reimbursements to my bank account were speedy. I highly recommend pet insurance - specifically, Pets Best - at every opportunity.”

“My rescue Yorkie was treated for severe gastroenteritis which required 3 days in the hospital. I’ve never used the insurance before and was unsure what procedures they covered but she required ultrasounds and X-rays and much blood work. Amazingly, once I submitted all the paperwork with the claim form, they approved the claim within 2 weeks and a check was received within days of approval. They covered 80% of everything (I chose the 80% reimbursement policy), with the exception of doctor consultations and probiotics. I 100% recommend Pets Best and feel such peace of mind to know that I have this excellent coverage for my dog.”

“Pets Best is very good at reimbursing claims. Claims are conveniently submitted online and features direct deposit for reimbursement. Premiums get higher as your pet ages.”

“Enjoy the phone-a-vet feature for guidance on what to do when pet is unwell. Premiums are expensive & in the past, claims processing has taken a very long time :( Overall, an okay experience with room for improvement.”
