“I waited a long time to receive a response from my first ever claim. And, the claim only referenced our urgent care visit - not the $2600 emergency surgery same day receipt. And - the funds from what they DID approve have not appeared in my account (4 days later via direct deposit). Pets best was recommended to me by a vet So far, I am not impressed with Pet’s Best! I have filed a new claim for the surgery, and if this is all resolved I will update this review for the positive.”

“Have had this insurance for 1 one week (started the day I got my pup) and it has already reimbursed the ENTIRE 1st vet bill. Exam, vaccinations, fecal exam, ALL of it! And took less than a week! I feel I made the best decision picking Pets Best for Daisy's insurance!!”

“I literally do not have a single bad thing to say about Pets Best Insurance. I was hesitant about pet insurance at first, but my dog would quite literally not be here without them. My rescue has racked up THOUSANDS of dollars in bills from multiple ER visits, wellness & preventative costs, dozens of labs/exams/medications (including heartworm treatment [which isn't covered by many insurers]) and Pets Best has approved every submission. The monthly payment is very doable and with the Care Credit card, I never have to pay upfront, just pay the balance left after Pets Best reimburses the card. I would highly recommend them to anybody and everybody (especially if you have a rescue pup like mine) haha.”

“Well submitting a claim very easy it took a little longer because technically I never took in my puppy to the vet first time I had to use the service was an emergency room situation now that I took him to a normal clinic hopefully the process of all the claims will go a little faster other than that I think it would be it's a good service to have any pet because you never know what is it gonna really cost you went once you get in there”
