“Pets Best has provided us with such peace of mind. Our dog was diagnosed with a cancerous mast cell tumor and has undergone treatment for months. He's finally seemingly on the path to recovery! Pets Best's relatively quick claim processing and direct deposit make reimbursement easy. We really appreciate knowing we don't need to stress about the financial aspects of our sweet dog's care.”

“I am truly amazed by this company. My snauzer swallowed an acorn and almost died. Took him to Emergency Vet in the middle of the night and he had surgery within the hour, but went into septic shock and almost died. Thanks to a great vet/surgeon, he survived but was in critical care for four additional days past the surgery. Pets Best received all the billing for everything that was done for him over the total of five days and paid about 75% of his bill which was substantial. They really came through for us and have been sharing my story with others about how good they were ever since. Thank you!! You will have us for clients the entirety of this life! Thank YOU!”

“Have had pest best for quite awhile they been around long time personally for my pets they are very good”

“I had a 350 dollar policy. My cat had his teeth pulled out. And it's not paid for. It's a cat and it's not covered. The deductible was taken onto account. I think its expensive. Live an learn Tom.”

“I am very disappointed that my dog's pet insurance went up a thousand dollar in January 2025. That is outrageous. How could people afford dogs.”

“I LOVE all that they offer for the price that they offer BUT payment takes a long time. I'm used to a few days turn around time and with petsbest it's a few weeks, at least until they make a determination then a few days for payment. They definitely need to do better then if give them a 10. And hopefully they don't begin to increase premiums once my puppy becomes an adult and it'll be difficult to get another insurance”

“the claim processing times just keep increasing with no explanation. services that are covered one time are not covered the next time, again, with no explanation. I feel like this service should be much better for the amount I am spending.”

“Pets Best makes it super easy to submit claims! You can input all the info, attach treatment documents, and paid invoice and they take care of everything else, taking a lot of the stress out of these events. Claim payment took several weeks, but no big deal. Highly recommend your services to friends and family. Thank you!”

“Pets Best is super easy to work with. Their portal is so streamlined, the per claim coverage is clearly explained, and the site is generally pretty good at forecasting how long it will take for a given claim to be processed. All-in-all I appreciate Pets Best for giving me the peace of mind so I can focus my time and energy on caring for my pet.”
