“It's okay. Takes a long time for reimbursement and claims. Price is not worth it especially with deductible. Not much value in the plans.”

“I'm confused and dissapointed at the payment of my dogs last claim. It was for Vet Bahavoral services for my puppy. First I had to submit so much information over weeks of waiting. I felt like I wasn't trusted with my claim and that I had in fact paid. It shouldn't be so difficult to get a claim paid. I also don't understand the deductible, co-pay etc. Just really dissappointed!”

“Such a great pet insurance! Great coverage options and fast turnaround of claims. Our most recent claim was processed and paid in just over 2 weeks of our dog's vet visit. I always tell my friends with pets and also the staff at our veterinary practice that Pet's Best is awesome and I highly recommend that they tell their patients what a great pet insurance company you are.”

“The coverage is decent, but if you do not use your benefits that you pay for that's it you just loose them. They have gone up significantly since I originally started the policy, which is a little frustrating since the wellness add ons don't accumulate and you don't really receive anything back.”

“I have Pets Best for my mini cockapoo and have been so happy with the insurance coverage! I was able to pick the coverage plan that best fit our needs (there are several options to choose from), and it has been perfect for us. “I have had Pests Best for several years. The experience with them has been excellent. Claims paid very quickly and with complete details. They are truly concerned about the well being of you pet. I coud not have chosen a better company to provide the coverage for my puppy.”

“In theory, the plan we have is great. We’ve had it since our puppy was 3 months old, he is now 2.5 years. No pre-existing conditions. We had to use it this month for the first time on an emergency basis. Specialty Dr after specialty Dr. to try to figure out what is wrong. Petsbest is taking extremely long giving us back our money. I don’t understand why it is taking so long since we’ve had it for so long with no pre-existing conditions.”

“They do not cover any dental surgery due to infection. My dog had a thorough cleaning before the surgery and because they were not put under general anesthesia for their cleaning, their surgery was not covered. Makes no sense. And what they do cover is an extremely low reimbursement.”

“Have Pets Best on my two Maltese dogs. Have had the insurance puppies. Haven’t had any problems submitting claims or being reimbursed. Their website is extremely user-friendly.”
