“Their turnaround time on claims is usually good and their customer service reps are typically courteous and helpful but their documentation requirements are too strict. Plus, you can't view the documents you submitted on their website after the fact and their reps can't explain why!”

“I purchased my German Sheperd "Pets Best" insurance, shopped around had no idea which company to go with. This covered 21,775 of a 22,500 bill!!!!!! This is better than my Company's insurace carries on me! I am the CEO! This Monday I will sign my new dog up, while he is a rescue This company is GREAT!”

“We’ve used Pets Best for several years now, primarily with our 2 Cavalier King Charles dogs. Unfortunately, they’ve had several illnesses, which are expensive to diagnose and treat. Pets Best has really been a HUGE help. The process is simple to submit a claim. Occasionally, they may have a large backlog and takes a bit longer to close a claim. Most of the time, it’s with a week or so. We will continue to use now and with future pets.”

“There was a long delay with them acknowledging that I submitted a claim. Then, when they finally approved it, I was hit with a $250 deductible (ouch). Overall, they make the reimbursement process easy by sending funds via direct deposit, which is nice.”
