“I still don't understand why the prescription of the diagnosis that is covered is deemed pre condition. I haven't received pets bank account and or checks.”

“My dog is prone to getting ear infections. Pets Best has decided that since she had infections before, they are not covered. They call them pre-existing. So I would not recommend Pets Best if you pet has been sick with anything that may come back after getting this insurance.”

“My claim for a TPLO surgery was denied because they said that if she had surgery on one leg then it's going to happen to the other leg. The first surgery they did not pay for because it was during the waiting period. My claim was an actual injury cause my other dog not an hereditary problem. So disappointed! I would not waist your money on pet insurance. What good is it if it doesn't help you when you need it the most.”

“It seems ok so far, but took quite a while to get a claim processed, and there was no real communication as to why. It would have seemingly sat pending for the rest of time if I hadn't reached out to inquire about the hold-up.”
