“I think in general you are a very good fair insurance comany. Such pleasant agents whenever I call and very knowledgable and helpful. One complaint, reimbursement time is too long. Appeal reviews too long. It seems to be getting longer.”

“Compared to other insurance companies that friends have for there pets, Pet Best is very slow to process claims. Have taken my dog same time as a friend and will take 2-3 weeks longer to have claim processed”

“Extremely happy with the claim response time and how everything was handled. I had expected back a request to split services on Vet invoice after submission, instead, the claim was reviewed and processed efficiently and reimbursement happened quite faster than I expected. “Am pleased that old vet appointments were reviewed in spite of my procrastination in sending them in. The followup was slow but the outcome was satisfactory. Delivery questions are N/A. Thank you.”

“Is a great coverage to have. Nothing is cheap this days and with an insurance like this I have a piece of mind for my pet. The only thing is that it takes a little longer with the claims other wise they a are a good medical insurance.”
