“I have had such a good experience with Pets Best insurance. The website is super easy to use to change your policy or submit claims. Claims are completed quickly and they don’t try to find any loop hole not to cover something which is an experience I have had with other types of insurance. The only thing that was a little frustrating is they are not able to give you a lot of information over the phone when I was trying to financially prepare for if my dogs surgeries were going to be covered.”

“I had my first experience with a claim using Pets Best Insurance and was pleasantly surprised how much they covered. I have a 3-year old Pug who had to have 6 teeth pulled during his dental procedure. Pets Best Covered 2/3 of the cost of the procedure. They also turned the claim around in about 3 weeks which seemed reasonable. have had pet insurance in the past that wasn't worth the money but so far Pets Best seems to be working out.”

“Spent 1200 plus on our little girl. Got back not quite half. Not sure why it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get reimbursed. Otherwise, we are happy.”

“I've had good experiences with pets best. My cat Maggie has had health issues , and pets best have been very heloful. The only small complaint, is the waiting oeriod to get reimbursed.”

“I've been reasonably happy with Pets Best insurance. They've treated me as expected and customer service has been fast and good. However, they've been pretty slow processing my claims and haven't covered a few minor things that I expected to be covered (like the anesthesia observation fee during the most recent surgery because it was called "medical boarding"). Overall I'm satisfied that we're getting what we're paying for and glad to have insurance.”

“I’m new to Pets Best, but I’m pleased so far. The premiums are low and I love the wellness add on. I was able to use the coverage almost immediately. I filed a claim & it was processed in less than 1 week.”
