“We are pleased with the coverage and service. We do pay quite a large amount for the coverage, but we cover 4 pets. The insurance has been easy to submit claims and the ability to recoup some of the costs we incur because of injury and illness to our pets, has also been fairly easy. Overall we are very please with the Pets Best insurance coverage for our fur babies.”

“While the Pets Best Health Insurance costs a lot, it also covers a lot. Their claims process is easy and they issue the reimbursement checks promptly. Pets Best keeps you informed of the status of your claim as its being processed. Very happy with their service.”

“I was happy to see a portion of Dakota's claim was reimbursed and wellness is important for him and his insurance plan. The length of time and ease of direct deposit was great to see as well. Just like humans, it pays to have insurance for just in case moments.”

“I wasn't happy at first when we signed up; however, it's better now. Customer service seems to have improved in terms of wating time and providing a reasonable explaination for my concerns and questions. At first, I had a lot of complaints, now I only have one complailnt. I wish the time between submitting and recieving a response and/or refund wouldn't take so long. It takes too long.”
