“This has been a big saver for vet bills. You can add pets if needed and reimbursements are completed in about 2 weeks time. Well worth it especially during those unexpected costly illnesses.”

“Wasn’t too expensive for the initial cost. I bought it just in case my puppy needed anything in the long run just to be safe. Well it just happened that almost a year after buying the insurance we needed surgery, pets best did what I expected and paid their part. The only problem I would say is the wait was a little long for processing but it all worked out in the end. I’ll continue to cover both my dogs as long as needed.”

“My dog has been insured by Pets Best for about two years. She’s getting older, and recently had some vet visits and tests. I’m very happy with Pets Best so far. It’s very easy to submit and follow up on claims online, and they respond and pay claims promptly.”

“Just submitted my first ever claim for our new puppy. Longtime dog parent, first time having pet insurance. Super easy to upload the claim. Very quick process time to get it approved. So far, so good. 👍👍”

“Submitted an invoice for my pet's recent procedure and Pets Best was great, communicating with my provider to ascertain what services needed to be applied and explained my EOB for each claim. I feel supported in prioritizing the health of my pets with Pets Best behind me.”

“A few yrs ago, I had to put my beloved marly to sleep as vets could not find out what was wrong with him, and I did not have the funds to cover any more big bills. I vowed "never again." So, my two oldest cats now have Pets Best. I know I could just set aside money every month, but PB works for me..”

“The small(er) dollar claims get settled pretty fast but larger ones seem to take a longer time, even when provider is the same. Overall, I like the insurance but wish claims were turned around faster.”
