“easy to use app and clear expectations on what is covered and not covered with my policy”

“I would say this insurance company is a little pricey for my Pomeranian but it covers a lot of things. Reimbursements should be done faster and they also offer a better explanations on their reimbursement decisions. The 24/7 vet on call is very helpful although it’s a technician, not a veterinarian. Customer service takes a long time to answer calls”

“So far seems like a really good decision to have our dog covered for those big illnesses or injury Bills from Vet. Got burned HARD for an upset stomach 2 yrs ago and I knew we needed to be protected from that. Nice to get some funds back for the wellness items that have to be done periodically like vaccinations and wellness checkups.”

“I am happy with my experience other than the fact that I could not get a response back from customer service. I have emailed multiple times but never heard back. I had to submit everything on my own and they never even contacted me regarding the claim.”

“I am grateful that they were able to help me with my dogs medical bill. Filling things out was very easy and the customer service was sharp and friendly. Only bad thing was confusing was some emails. First they said they was sending a check, then the next day they said they weren't sending one. Later I did receive a check.”

“I am satisfied with outcome of my claim. Did not give 5 stars because it seems to take a long time (about 5 weeks) to process a claim. Having used a different pet insurance company previously, I was use to a 10 day turn around. Other then that, I am happy with PetsBest.”
