“Easy reimbursement process”

“The coverage was as expected, without arguments about how much they would pay or what they covered. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars was how long it took to get reimbursed - it took almost a month to get reimbursed, which was longer than their advertised timeline. Hopefully it will go smoother with any future claims.”

“Great pet insurance must get for a puppy to adult dog. Definitely suggest getting any type of pet insurance and Pets Best is great.”

“Pleasant customer service personnel. This claim took longer than my first. I was surprised that some vaccinations were not covered. This is for a puppy, and they get a number of vaccinations right away. Other than that, I am happy.”

“I'm new to buying pet insurance and I'm learning. It's not 90 percent on wellness like I thought, but I understand it's based on the Vet's prices and your allowed amounts. Over all very good insurance 👍.”

“It just always seems to take extra long to get approval and my reimbursement about every other time. It's not every once in a while, it's very often that it takes over two weeks. Pretty lame when you're always boasting a 5 to 7 day return time. I've been a customer for over four years.”

“My dog was diagnosed with severe grade 5 elbow displaysia. We had an issue with our first claim and it was "not covered" by Pets Best, however, after we submitted an appeal with additional information and a letter from our vet, they decided that the claim was to be covered and I was reimbursed almost $3,000. The process was easy. Overall, I am satisfied with Pets Best insurance.”

“I am so glad I signed Sophie up with Petsbest. They have been really helpful since I have gotten her, and with appropriate documentation, they were able to confirm that an issue she had had during her « waiting period » with a shelter cold and spay incision inflammation were simply a one off issue and I will now be able to continue to take care of her. It took them a bit of time to process my claim, but I am very happy with the result and recommend them to anyone who is looking for an insurance for their furry friends.”
