“Just submitted a claim for the first time. Expected more back based on my 90% coverage after $250 deductible but their fee schedule was lower than my vet. It also took more than a week to get reimbursed.”

“I have had zero issues getting reimbursement for illness or wellness with pets best. I will not give 5 stars as it does not cover enough fecal testing and retesting ( which is the only way to find out if he dog got rid of parasite) for dogs prone to getting giardiasis from daycare or dog parks, not getting any coverage for panacur also is a downer”

“My boy, 6 yr. old rescue dog, Cheweenie, has been diagnosed with a heart murmur and a narrowed thorax. He has to have regular follow-ups to insure his condition has not worsened. I'm satisfied with Pets Best because they always take care of his needs and are prompt with their response. I'm thankful that they exist to help to keep my pet's health problems at a minimum.”
