“This was good insurance for my dog. However, they didn't cover a lot of wellness items like routine vaccines because I already "met" the amount I could spend on wellness. If that amount would be increased, then I would have given PetsBest a very good rating. It was also to pricy month to month to cover my dog while being in graduate school.”

“I really like the insurance plan. I think the wellness plan could pay out a little more on vaccines and other things. Also their have been delays on the reimbursement times which is frustrating.”

“They are forthright and responsive. If they can't meet deadlines, they tell you. I just wish they covered more of the 'standard' preventatives.”

“I’m super happy with the ease of filing a claim. Pets Best has covered everything it has promised. They have had some delays with processing and mailing out payments recently. I hope this gets resolved soon. Otherwise great investment. I don’t worry about my dog getting sick & guilty for not taking her to be seen if necessary.”

“I am very pleased with the notification process, the quick response and fast reimbursement payment! The reason I gave the "Good" rating in lieu of a "Very Good" rating is that I wish premiums were lower. All-in-all, a great experience though.”

“I am pleased with the service I receive from Pets Best and recommend it to other pet owners. My only displeasure is the cost. I realize as my dog gets older the rates increase, but the level of increase year after year is extremely high. It isn't a couple of dollars, it's by many dollars. Given his age, cancelling my policy is not an option.”

“Great insurance company and great customer service. The reason why I gave a 4/5 was due to their claim processing times. Took a month for processing. But yet they take the money out of my account for premiums on time. Wish they could put the same effort in processing claims as they do in collecting payment.”

“Up until now I have had a good, but very limited, experience with Pet's Best. Quite awhile I submitted the paperwork for reimbursement for my dog's vet and medication. Pet's Best notified me they had received my information. I have received my reimbursement from Pats Best and found it very satisfactory. I feel that I could easily recommend Pets Best insurance to friends. It took a little bit of time to review my claim, I do believe they did so in a timely manner. This is an updated review and I do believe they are a very good company.”

“The first time my dog had an emergency, Pets Best processed the claim and sent me a check in less than a week. This recent claim has been slower to be processed and the agent misread the receipt and the form and denied the entire amount when I clearly stated there were some charges that I knew were not covered but that the bulk of the charges were related to her illness.”

“They’re quick in replying to my claims but took a little while to process due to high volumes of claims as per reply when i inquired . Generally, I was satisfied that my reimbursement came within 2 weeks after I submitted it. I am happy with their client oriented services and 24/7 hotline chat .”

“I had a wellness checkup with my Siberian Husky. I really appreciate the fact that Pets Best covers some of the cost of that. The only reason I didnt rate them 5 this time was it took them a while to process and pay the claim.”
