Oliver, a 3.5 month old puppy, was taken to the vet on 8/24/19 due to vomiting and an extended period of no bowel movements. Claim was submitted on 8/26/19 and claim payment was received 9/26/19. Time to process seems a bit long but E.O.B. was well documented and easy to follow.

I dont have experience with other pet insurance carriers. That being said, I'm in my 2nd year with Pets Best. Last year, they were better then this year in customer service and speed of refund. But still good in that I got it inside 2 weeks. Its worth the coverage and peace of mind .

They have great policies that cover our pets' health with quality insurance. Super easy to submit claims and receive payments.

Once I was able to get all the appropriate medical files sent from my vet.....they reacted efficiently and it became a good experience. Before submitting a claim you should have complete files including receipts for payment and it will go smooth

Really love the quick response and great communication. Only downside is that my premiums have increased while my coverage has greatly decreased.

My premium just went up so this is probably not the best time to ask me about Pets Best. They have been fine so far. Fortunately, I have not had to go to the Vet very much. I have a deductible, and if I only go once a year, it can be expensive.

They have been great, they have taken a little longer to process claims than I would prefer but our pet has been to the vet what feels like a 100 times this year and they have been great through it all. I was scared to see what they would actually cover after our deductible was met, but they covered every illness charge, even lab work which I was surprised about. Thanks for being so great Pets Best

In constant communication if delays are expected and very courteous representative. Otherwise so far so good.

Signing up was easy and I was happy that they provided multiple options that met my needs. However, my only complaint to date is the time it takes to process claims has taken much longer than the 5 days they state. On average I am seeing 10-15 day waits for a response. Good thing I am not in a hurry for reimbursement.

At first I was disappointed I wouldn't e receiving a reimbursement for my $800+ vet bill. However, after a few days I received an email string I would be getting a reimbursement for 1/2 of my expenditures. I would have wanted more. We have to read very carefully. Thank you Pets Best.
