Good coverage. Seems a little bit slow to pay claims that are submitted online.

SOME TREATMENTS ARE COVERED AND SOME ARE NOT COVERED. I FEEL A YEARLY CHECK UP SHOULD BE COVERED!

only complaint is that last few times that I've submitted claims it takes over a week to process, other than that it is good.

For the amount of money paid out each month, the reimbursements should be a bit higher and more should be covered

Only thing I’m unhappy with is Pets Best does not wait for medical records Then they deny claim and then I have to file appeal which takes months for reimbursement

Have only used for general check ups and shots but they come thru when I'm eligible for a reimbursement....

Pets Best was evérything I expected. They paid quickly and paid everything as advertised. I could not be happier and I would recommend them to everyone. It makes keeping your pet healthy easy and givés you peace of mind that your pet will always have the best care without the worry of a large vet bill.

When calling them, they are great over the phone, very helpful. Filing a claim on their website is simple. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I feel they punish people who adopt older dogs by making things a "preexisting condition" which they then won't cover. Like allergies for example.

We held off filing multiple claims and submitted them at one time. Initially I thought the process was slower than it should have been and even after I submitted the information requested Pets Best requested more detailed information from our Vet. The Vet wound up having to submit redundant information but eventually 8 of 16 claims were settled. The 8 claims not settled were due to the fact the insurance wasn't in effect because 14 days had not passed since the policy start date. I understand and accept that and once payment is received through direct deposit to my bank I will have been satisfied with the service provided. I will say that all of the customer service reps I talked with were courteous and answered my questions. Thank you. We will continue the coverage with Pets Best.

Not too bad for a first set of claims once we met the deductible. Paid $683 out of a bill for $997 and EOB was clear as to each line item on the vet's invoice. Thank you for helping us take care of our 20 year-old kitty!

I am very happy overall with Pets Best. I love having so many options to choose from to customize the deductible & coverage limits (unlimited coverage - thank you!!!) that work best for me & Waddles. Customer service is always excellent, knowledgeable, & truly caring when I call. I would definitely recommend Pets Best to friends. The only complaint I have is the turnaround time for the payment of claims. My dog just had surgery to remove a mast cell tumor; the total bill was almost $1000. Pets Best had previously approved & paid out on a claim for his mast cell tumor treatment leading up to the surgery. When I called a few days before the surgery to advise them I would be submitting a large claim & ask if there was anything I could do proactively to expedite reimbursement, I was told that since there was already an approved & paid claim for the same illness, it should be a quick turnaround time. Unfortunately, it took almost 2 weeks to receive reimbursement. I received an email over a week after I submitted the claim apologizing for the delay in processing & advising me that they were dealing with a large backlog of claims, which was slowing processing time. This turnaround time on reimbursement might be standard in the pet insurance industry. I have only ever had Pets Best, so I don't have anything to compare it. Overall, I am very pleased with Pets Best. I greatly appreciated the peace of mind having unlimited coverage offers me.

Very pleased. Only thing I have ever had to pay is, of course, the deductible and copay. My only issue is it takes forever for claims to be processed.
