“I feel Pests Best is one of the best pet insurance companies on the market. I have recommended them frequently to my friends. Just a bit isappointed just recently that my claim is taking a bit longer to process. Otherwise rating would be very good.”

“I love having insurance on my cat. It works very well, although they did have some sort of difficulty getting the claim done. Not sure what that was. They kept in constant contact though, which I appreciated.”

“Pets Best has always been very good about processing claims in a timely manner. Refunds are paid quickly as well. I just wish that they wouldn't increase the monthly fee for insurance for senior dogs so much every year. That is why I'm only giving them a "Good" rating instead of "Very Good".”

“Normally my reimbursement check is in my checking account within a few days of submitting the claim. This time there was a considerable delay. Overall I am pleased with the service.”

“After we called to find out why we had not been reimbursed, we found out that we needed to send more information. If someone had notified us sooner we would have taken care of this sooner.”

“i thought the coverage would be good and it is to a certain extent. if you have a brand new puppy the office visits for each vaccine can become pricey as pets best only covers up to $50 for the year. if they could increase this coverage for the first year that would be better for us customers. other than that, the claims process is easy and usually quick. the direct deposit back to your account is also nice.”
