“I had a previous pet insurance and my company now offers pet insurance with pets best. I was hesitant to make a change since I have 2 dogs but after reading up on the coverage it made the most sense. So far, I am very pleased with the service and customer service is very helpful.”

“Pets Best has great customer service, and reimbursements are quick. It's good to know you have financial back-up in case of a disaster with your pet. I do wish they paid more for routine care, preventative meds, etc. Also, I wish it were more like human insurance in that I never have to file paperwork for my claims, but do for my pets.”

“I love the insurance but the turn around on processing claims is getting longer and longer. It's frustrating for someone that has been a long time client and has 5 animals with insurance plans. Kendra Carlson, one of the employees, has been a big help but I'm still frustrated by the turn around.”

“It takes a month to pay our payment because they were very busy with lot of claims . The customer service were friendly . Over all we are happy with their services and most likely we will continue have business years to come.”

“Until recently claims were processed fairly quickly. If you live in the Northeast as I do, you'll find reimbursement levels are very low compareds to your actual vet bill.”

“I gave a rating of good because I wasn't reimbursed to the full amount that I purchased coverage for with flea & tick and heartworm prevention medicine. Otherwise the insurance is very useful. They communicate in a timely manner with you. It has been very helpful since I've had a couple of unfortunate situations with my puppy.”

“they cover all the therapies I have needed for my corgi who is an athlete and has needed laser, treadmill and meds - they were compassionate when I lost her at age 13 to an illness. They always respond to questions in a timely manner”
