“I was happy to write that after my inquiry about my pets insurance - what I needed to do submitting the bills - first of all was very self explanatory & easy to do - Pets Best Insurance Responded To My Submission Right Away & Asked For A Few More Things & All Was Taken Care Of Immediately... “I was initially happy with the coverage as most of our visits to the vet were covered. As time went on, the reimbursements were not as substantial. That said, I am satisfied as at least I'm getting some monies back from what I spend on the "fur child." Read the fine print or contact Pets Best. They are very good about answering questions, concerns.”

“I'm so pleased we got PetsBest as soon as we adopted our dog. The claim became live quick and we immediately got to use it on her first check up. I recommend getting the BestWellness plan because those extra benefit are so helpful, especially with young dogs. My claim was processed quickly and efficiently and everything checked out how I thought it would.”

“Overall I have had a great experience with Pets Best. The only reason that I am rating this as good at the moment is that my claim took nearly 60 days to process. On this initial request, this is not a major issue as the dollars are small but I do not want to be floating large amounts of money waiting for claims to be processed.”

“Have had great experience with Pets Best...quick response, hassle free. This last go around, however, reimbursement took a month rather than a few days. I called after 2 weeks to follow up on the claims and the customer service rep explained the situation. A bit disconcerting”

“As Insurance companies go, they try and save every penny and you end up holding the bag. I was pleasantly surprised that after a very costly emergency operation with my dog, that they paid basically the entire thing, minus the office fees. I thought somehow they would nitpick and I would end up paying most of it but in the long run they paid most of it. I am very pleased with that and them..”

“Filed a claim for my dog's illness. It took quite a while to settle the claim, but Pets Best did send a note to let me know the claim was delayed due to their workload. In the end, it was a fair reimbursement.”

“The online claims portal is great. Very easy to use and the people are super nice. The only reason not for five stars is because it takes too long to process the claims. Several years ago it would just be a few days. I’ve waited a month and had to call. This is the only complaint I have”
