i feel a lot of things did not cover. i spent almost 2.5 k for my dog and received 30ish. Either look into better plan from pet best or else where

This is my first experience with any kind of pet insurance. You claim on your website that claims take 3-5 days to turn around. My claim took over a month. If this does not improve, I will be changing insurance companies.

I PUT 2 CLAIMS IN AND ITS TAKEN OVER A MONTH TO SETTLE AND IM NOT SURE IF I'M GETTING MONEY BACK YET. THE WAIT TIME ON THE PHONE CAN BE 45 MINUTES OR LONGER. I'M DISAPPOINTED

It’s taken over 18 months for Pets Best to approve claims, only to be told that claims are not covered without any guidance as to why.

Long wait times to speak with someone on the phone, misinformation on processing claim, long time to process a claim, long time for direct deposit to occur. Unsatisfactory

Seems like I got the well and benefit program and I am paying high premiums for my dog. They’re not paying basically nothing on the wellness plan so no, I’m not really satisfied with it.

I pay for the same plan for my dogs, yet I don’t get reimbursed the same amount for the same procedure for each dog. Makes no sense.

I thought I paid for the best insurance to cover my pet and to cover cost. Out of 439.00 insurance only paid 173.00 . That was shocking was expecting more coverage. Looking for other options.

I’m very disappointed that the surgery my puppy had was not covered. That was one of the main reasons of purchasing the insurance.

Long delays waiting for reimbursement. No communication as far as what is causing the delays. Then, it gets applied to the deductable, even though I've already met my deductable

My initial encounter was good, my questions was answered. Then when it came to submitting a claim it took over a month to receive $130.

The past few claims (which were simple office visits) both took over a month to process. They weren’t refundable, just going towards my deductible so why it would take so long is beyond me. The fact there is no email for questions is absurd. Calling is pointless. I had to resort to leaving a comment on a Facebook post to get any movement. I will be searching for a different provider in the future
