Claims process took the full 30 days. When I signed up it was after reading about their “fast” claims payment.

I’m disappointed at the reimbursement for healthy and sick visits. I feel that the reimbursements are lower then I expected.

Turn around time on claims has improved. I would like a detailed list of all diseases, conditions, surgeries, etc. and how much is covered for each; have not been able to find one on the website. Reimbursement on claims is a lot less than I expected.

Very slow to process a claim. This has been my experience over the past several years with them. However they do pay - it just takes them a while. So if you use them be prepared to fork out some cash and not expect an immediate reimbursement. Overall I’m satisfied and have gotten used to delayed and slower than expected payments.

It is fine except when you get the well care and have a puppy. It only covers items one time not every time you go for routine vaccines.

I was pleased with the amount I received in reimbursement but was surprised that it took over 2 weeks. I think it is usually faster.

At this point I have submitted 2 claims. They responded that they had received them but I have Not received any reimbursement yet. I’m sure they are still working on it.

When I signed up for the insurance, I wanted the reimbursement to go to my bank account, not towards a deductible. The first few visits, it did, after that, all the reimbursements go towards a deductible. Not what I asked for or want.

I’ve insured all my pets with Pets Best. The coverage is great. Sadly their customer service has taken a severe turn for the worst in the last 12 months. I’ve been on hold for over an hour on multiple occasions. The chat feature robot needs better analytics.

Have been using Pets Best for a long time and they used to be a five star but it seems like I have to send claims in two and three times before they are processed and paid and the processing is taking longer and longer and getting payment is taking longer. This has been going on for awhile (pre Covid) so there really isn't an excuse.

LONG WAIT TIME FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . REP WAS IN A BAD MOOD I GUESS NOT VERY JOYFUL. TOOK FOREVER GET PAID . I EXPECTED TO BE REIMBURSED BETTER AND WAS DISSAPOINTED . I KNOW YOU MANAGED TO TAKE MY PREMIUM AT LIGHT SPEED. CONSIDERING CHANGING CARRIERS ALL INSURANCE LOVES YOU GOING IN AND HATES YOU WHEN THEY HAVE TO PAY THATS THE NATURE OF THE BEAST

PetsBest is always quick to respond, however it's usually the service we had is not covered. $840 year we are paying, I may be better cancelling and just putting the money in the bank. HOWEVER, Karma will come and our fur baby may need surgery. Need to think this one through.

The policy coverage is very good and monthly payment is resonable but the claim time for repayment is way too long. Took 34 days. Don’t blame Covid!!!!!
