“Very dissatisfied given that Pets Best does not cover common, basic prescriptions like Panacur and other antimicrobials used to treat common infections like Giardia.”

“My previous reviews were always a 5, but since Pets Best was bought out, it is becoming increasingly mire difficult to get reimbursed for expenses. It seems like every time I submit my receipts, they have yet again, with no notice to their customers, their processes. These are not new expenses, but the exact same ones I gave been submitting for six years. Please bring back the old Pets Best…..”

“Easy process, however, it has seemed to take Al of longer to have claims processed than it used to. Even a preventative for my wellness took a lot longer than it has in the past to be processed.”

“Pets Best is an outstanding service that cares significantly about their customers. Signing up for insurance and filing a claim was extremely straightforward and hassle-free. My claim was handled in a timely manner, and they sent me updates along the way. With the various types of illnessses that pets can get, insurance is a good decision. “When I searched for a new pet insurance company, I stumbled across a Forbes rating of top companies. Pets Best was listed as number one! Certainly enough to get me to pick up the phone. I was completely blown away by the conversation I had with the agent. So, I took a chance and signed my greyhound up. Thankfully, I did. In the several years I have had my four legged friend, I have had any number of issues requiring veterinary care. Each and every time, the care shown was very outstanding. Yes, at times it took a bit longer for a claim to be processed but always done with great care and honesty. How each claim was treated is beside the point. The point is that the treatment, care, honesty, and fairness has always been above reproach.”

“I have been with Pets Best for over 5 years. At first there was serious delays in processing claims, however recently it seems the process is almost flawless. Here is to another 5+ years I hope.”

“Our Maltese of 11 years became very sick with acute pancreatitis. The claims that we filed were addressedand processed immediately. We cannot be more please with the customer service. We would definitely recomment PetsBest to our friends.”

“Despite some communication mishaps, I can say that Pets Best insurance has been a very valuable service for us. Our 1 year old puppy has had two unexpected emergencies and Pets Best helped us to recover financially from these events. You never know what tomorrow will bring when you have pets!”
