“Pets best has been good. It’s easy to file claims. The turnaround was better In the past. They do not cover all routine costs they cover a certain amount and when you reach that amount. It is not cheap on the first place but it skyrocketed when one dog turned 8. The great thing is the access to a vet 24 hours! That has been helpful to me. I honestly want to change to another carrier that’s cheaper but did not have time before it renewed. But overall it has been good”

“The reason not giving 5 stars is the premium prices and the amount of reimbursement for wellness prevention meds. Claims are reimbursed in a timely manner. Easy to submit claims on line.”

“I've had Pets Best insurance for almost 7 years until we recently had to put our beloved, Golden Retriever, Buddy down. Buddy had a lot of health issues in his last year with numerous test, speciality vet visits, medications. Through it all Pets Best handled all our claims promptly and fairly. While we no longer have a pet I would highly recomment Pets Best for anyone considering pet insurance.”

“I had a pet before and vowed to get pet insurance if I ever own a pet again. After comparing several insurance companies I chose Pets Best. I have had very good experiences speaking with employees and receiving help. The app is user friendly. You can monitor the progress of claims and receive a detailed report of what was covered and how much was covered. All claims have been processed in a timely manner. I have had professional service and recommend the insurance.”

“Pets Best cancelled my doctor visit coverage without my knowledge when I only asked for Chiropractic to be canceled. When I called to discuss this the agent called me a liar. My daughter has Lemonade for her dog with incredible coverage. I strongly recommend them.”
