Everything in the claim process was straightforward and handled within a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate the detailed summary and the fact that I didn't have to pester them to receive a timely response.

I was missing information in my claim sent recently and instead of reaching out for it, it was not processed correctly. Because it also has been taking so long to process claims, it took about two months to get reimbursed.

Have file 2 claims, which was easy to do. Had very quick turn around times and no issues. So far so good!

I have PetsBest for my 3 dogs for 5 years. For all this years they are only provide excellent service. Claims are getting processed very fast, EOB are always clear, payments are fast. I am highly recommend them because the last thing you wanted to do as a dog owner is to make to decide to treat your beloved dog or to pay the mortgage ( my dogs are always comes first)

The Pet’s Health Insurance is fairly easy to understand and use. The company is fast to process your claim and provides explanations on what is covered and what is not covered. This is the first time we have used pet insurance and found it to be helpful when costly tests are needed. I would recommend Pet’s Best to anyone with pets for that “just in case” moments in life.

I think the coverage is quite good but the claims department is extremely difficult to work with. If there is information needed to complete the submission they send out a form letter that does not state was is needed. It took me 2 months, 5 phone calls and many submissions to complete my last claim. They were asking for information I had never needed to provide in the past. I was ready to cancel and find a different company. The form letter needs to be eliminated and replaced with a personal and specific message.

They have suddenly raised my rates to an absorbent amount. We are trying to find another company that will not exclude pre-existing conditions, but given the industry, that is difficult. This is why we did our research when our dog was a puppy and we signed up… we thought we had found a good company, but that is not the case. We have not moved, go to the same vets, and have the same dog as when we signed up, so all of that should be considered when they give you the initial quote instead of price gouging us when we are five years in and have no options to change. I understand reasonable increases, but these are not reasonable. Now we are either stuck canceling our pet insurance altogether, risking pre-existing conditions not being covered, or having to pay this rate which has MORE THAN DOUBLED since we signed up. Over $400 a month for one dog! Went up $200 since last year. I called to inquire, and even the person I spoke to said, Wow, that’s a lot. But she could not do anything to help us unless we wanted to reduce our coverage and increase our deductible. This is not good business practice, and I am truly hoping to find a new company to switch to. Will not be signing our next dog up with Pet’s Best.

Policy should be revised to better service the consumer(customers). Insurance should refund vet medical bills instead of saying that coverage is only 1 time reimbursement for the whole year. Doesn’t really makes sense for having insurance if we won’t get any reimbursement more than once.

I have not had this insurance for very long, but so far, it's been great. I spoke to 2 different customer service agents on 2 different occasions and they were able to provide answers to all of my questions, also they were very informative in helping me to pick a plan. Also, reimbursement for a wellness check & vaccines recently, was very prompt. Thank you Pets Best!

I had such high hopes for this co. and wanted to rate them higher. But though they are very polite and patient they just didn't pay the cost of the claim I sent .I desperately need it and don't understand. Yet it took them over a month to come to that conclusion. One of the doctoctors said they had to send them the info 3 times.
