“coverage is just as it says- no trying to avoid paying. It is very expensive for an older dog, but one visit to the ER can wipe ot the premium costs. I would never have a pet without insurance and these guys are fair and the claims site is easy to naviagate”

“Beware, PetsBest raises my premium over 19% each year. That is an exhorbitant amount to be charging. Additionally, over 1/2 of the claims I submit don't get paided out within their antispated time frame. I do not recommend using this company.”

“Horrible service they look for reasons not to pay, $700 bill and they pay $200 while I pay $130 a month for insurance, will be canceling soon”

“I’ve had pets best for 8 years, ever since my dog was a puppy. They honor all provisions in our agreement, they communicate well, it’s very easy to file claims on line. I recommend them to everyone.”

“They had been great until they decided to try and classify a mass my dog had as an "Allergy" and refused to cover a biopsy on it (which the biopsy also proved it was not an allergy, simply a mass that had ruptured that she had then licked while I was at work, causing an inflammatory response and infection which required steriods and antibiotics). Even after I had a letter from the veterinarian saying it was indeed not an allergy. I am a CVT as well and am appalled that they refuse to cover this claim when it is a mass she had to get removed not due to an allergy of any kind. It's unforunate as I will not be renewing my 6 dogs that I currently have insured under them.”

“I cannot say enough about Pets Best to truly explain how great they have been for my pets and me. I initially chose them 2 years ago because they were the cheapest rate by far, but I have stayed with them for so many more reasons. From the ease of submitting claims, the quick claim processing, the thorough breakdown of claims, the extremely kind and patient employees when you call in with a question, and most importantly the 24/7 line where you can talk to a professional about your pets health. I have had to call them a few times in the middle of the night/on the weekend when my dog was sick and they are so kind and knowledgeable. They also have always called back a few days later to check on my pets 🥹 needless to say, we will be lifelong customers.”

“I just spent over $700 on an annual visit for my dog. Shots, blood work, etc.. Pets Best Insurance covered a whopping $50. Not exactly sure what I am paying for TBH.”
