“We have Pets Best insurance since we adopted Sophie and have been very pleased with the service them. Claims are quickly processed. I would highly recommend this insurance for your fuzzy friends.”

“I am glad my pets have insurance but I am not sure that I would choose Pets Best for any future pet. To start with, when I got my dog the insurance was $250 per year and now it is over $900 per year. Also, if you select lower coverage rates (70% reimbursement, $250 deductible, no physical therapy coverage, etc.) you can never upgrade it. So as my dogs are getting older and I would like for them to have hydrotherapy or a lower deductible, it’s completely not possible despite paying $900 per year.”

“We've just joined PetsBest and have submitted a total of 8 claims (on August 12). Several of the claims are repeats because the web site wouldn't accept the first claim ... but then when I entered it a second time, the claims tab showed both. 🙄 One of the 8 claims has been processed as of August 19 (7 days). We were pleased with the result of that claim but curious as to why the other claims have not yet been processed.”

“I switched to PetsBest about a year ago with my new rescue. My claims have been covered and approved efficently. Having this insurance has been a life saver since my Scout has allergies. Thank you PetsBest!”

“To say I am impressed is really a surprise to me. I have NEVER had Pet Insurance untill now. I found a stray cat and my vet suggested that I get Pet Insurance. This being my LAST pet I thought I would try it. Hearing all the horror stories about pet insurance...Well obviously they have never used "Pets Best Insurance". This was not only Easy Peasy but they kept me updated and to my shock they actually paid my claim. I guess this is why you are called "Pets Best Insurance"! Thank You :)”

“I really cannot express how great PetsBest is. I have a Golden Retriever who likes to eat weird things and has some GI issues. I have had to file a handful of small claims and a few pretty large claims. Submitting claims is effortless, and the turnaround time is nothing short of amazing. They do EVERYTHING they say they will. I am so grateful I have PetsBest - and no one is paying me for this review, or I don't know anyone who works there, or anything like that. I cannot say enough about how great they are.”

“I can't believe the last claim was settled so quickly! In the past, I have been disappointed in how long it has taken for some of the claims I have submitted ( I have two dogs), but this past time,, the time service was impeccable.”
